lol....I am a tree surgeon it was not hes fault it is the groundies it was not rigged up properly the crown of the tree should have run a bit as it fell taking load and meaning less movement on the climber instead it just grabbed and pulled strait into the trunk its called shock loading, however its not as bad as it looks he probably had a few beers and laughed bout it after work.

i notice he uses the chainsaw right to the end of the cut which is very unsafe on large limbs especialy rigged ones you should always finish the cut with the handsaw

2nd altho its a top mount saw u should always use 2 hands (2nd hand to hit the chain break if a kick back should happen) it could of easily kicked back cutting his face/chest
