Ultimatum was the cheapest, crudest story Marvel has ever produced. They killed off charaters cheaply, not even bothering to give them the heroic swan song these beloved characters deserved. Jeph Loeb is an utterly terrible writer, writing junk like this, Ultimates 3 and Red Hulk, he ought to be fired as quickly as humanly possible.

@popis3493 so what your saying is that in the ultimate spiderman serie,thats when spiderman and other ultimateheros like die and stuff and its all confusing when you see your favorite hero die and stuff like that becuase really ultimateuniverse is doing what they want to do so it dont count what they do becuase the orginal comics will stay real, but in the orginal and normal spiderman comics he is still alive and will always stay peterparker,and never wont die and continue with his regular life.

@DaquanDavis420 Yes, calm down. In the regular Marvel universe titles Peter Parker is still alive and still Spider Man. In fact, he's currently serving as a member of both the New Avengers and the Future Foundation(formerly The Fantastic Four). Only the Peter Parker from the Ultimates titles is dead -- along with half of the rest of the Ultimates heroes. It's an alternate universe, so it doesn't count.

The fact that Wolverine died made me almost stop reading any Ultimate comics. If Spiderman had also died then to hell with it!! The only reason i like ultimate comics so much is that they are so much more realistic than the originals. I at least hope Wolverine gets revived by someone although i think it's stated that he won't return ever again...
