be smooth. That's what I noticed smooth movements naturally makes playing more smooth. Also hold those notes out, don't go to the next one so early that you cut off have the note value.

It was ok. But for sweeps you really need Nck Pickup, sorry it just sounds smoother (and less earpeircing) when using a Neck pickup. Just some more practice will do you really. ALSO! For the first part, playing clean (And using a neck pickup setting) will sound better. Anyway...Keep trying.

obviously u need more practice and basic guitar playing: legato, bends, sustains, sweeps, alternate picking .. u need to master all of the techniques before u want to record such an amazing solo

first off that guitar he's using is horrible for this type of music...bad buckers...and his hands weren't made for that neck...it's just awful...i could play this better on my carpet with a rake...he has potential but he needs to tune it right....and for gods sake move the emg's up a bit...when both of them are that close to the bridge everything is gonna sound like 80's hairball metal trash...just buy an ibanez they're cheap and lightweight paul waggoner uses the S series quilt tops
