I sort of learned how to longboard in Oahu several years ago...then moved to SoCal, bought a longboard and have kind of forgotten how to do it! Frustrating!

It's a sure thing that I don't get out in the water enough though (like at Tourmaline). I'm wondering something about my board; I think I need a wider stabilizer fin...the one I have is NARROW! and I have a fricken hard time staying balanced.

Help a guy out with some comments!! I wanna keep trying to learn this...

Really nice vid well done, would like some more of this when you get around to it. Zamp82 please don't get a board which is less than 9 foot, you need to start on a wide board and as you get better work your way down in length. I f you can spend a little money get one shaped for you by a good surf shop it is worth it. Respect the ocean and each other out there. Aussie Aussie !!!
