wow absoloutly amazing this first part of the episode has opened my eyes even more towards brazilian cuisine all these spices and fruits sound amazing and delicious just wish it was available in the western world but then again it'd just get raped and destroyed

What the hell is the English name of that fish? I pondered to myself, while I scour the internet for information about this fish for 1 hour or more, but to no avail. So then I decided to check the website and there I discovered it is spelled filote, an immature piraiba. Later on I resumed watching and I realized that the name is posted on the screen later on the video. Time wasted, but knowledge obtained. But it wasn't a complete waste in the end.
