You're beautiful and look very youthful and vibrant. I'm 39 and am commonly mistaken for being in my mid to late twenties. I think it's partially genetic. My brother is the same way. He's 43 and still has that 20s look and vibe going. He's also very muscular and athletic.

Yes i agree and I think that it is important that i put my hand up and acknowledge that this process is a journey and a work in progress- I have not arrived at the "ownership" stage but I review my behaviour and debrief and that is what we need to work towards- i do appreciate your comment and love your channel
