Bleach kits work and are recommended if you must reuse rigs. You must bleach for a MINIMUM ofr 3 minutes to kill all known viruses. Hep C takes at least 3 minutes to be killed by bleach as shown by studies which you can find on google. Others die relatively instantly, however always bleach at least 3 minutes. Best to just buy lots of rigs however to avoid this problem. They are insanely cheap. Lots of cities also give them for free in certain places, just find out where.

Duh, this is called tertiary prevention.

These people are heavily addicted, addicted, so there are gonna use drugs. That's a fact. Tertiary prevention is about 'damage-control' making sure their problems don't get worse by AIDS.

I live in the Netherlands and here, drugaddicts can get clean needles for free. That's an example of tertiary prevention.
