That was a Brother of Sword. A military order in Livonia was called Brethren of Sword or simply Livonian order. Their surcoats looked kinda like the ones that Templars wore.

@Rimsiakas The Cesis castle was one of the strongest fortress that the Livonian Order had in the entire Baltic region-only the Viljandi castle in Estonia was a mightier fortress. The Cesis castle was the seat of the Livonian Order`s masters.Livonian Order-from Memel(Klaipeda) to Narva.

Those aren't livonian reconstructors, they are templars from Lithuania and excaliburs from Latvia. I don't know about the balts, they all look the same.
