I wanna play the cello so bad :(. But I don't have the money for one or for lessons. It's sad how someone wants to learn music and can't because they can't afford it. Music is so important.

@LoveSenseDimension this is so very true.....i have always wanted to learn to play the cello and the piano...but have never been fortunate enough to have the money for the instrument or the lessons....the sad part is that i know because i love it so much... i would be great at it. i have such high passion for music.....specially anything with the cello or piano. its a shame. i know if im ever given the chance, i wont waste it.

@LoveSenseDimension Hi Love...my son taught himself to play the Piano, the Guitar, the Flute, and now he is working on the Violin...he also composes...which he taught himself to do. If you have the will to play, and it is truly in your heart, you don't need someone to teach you, it will be already there...God's blessings on you...

@ladystorm61 Yes but it's not only the teacher you have to pay...it's the instrument...and in cello the bow,the strings,the rosin are expensive you need money!

And it's so sad when you want to something so much and you can't ...because of money

@kolopaper123 It's heartbreaking. I've always had a love for the Cello since I was a mere 5 year old. I dreamt of playing this beautiful instrument every day since, yet I can't buy it because I do not have the money for it.

@ADyingFetus It's a beautiful instrument. I was lucky enough to have a girlfriend who plays violin; she knew how beautiful it was and bought me one because I, like you wanted it more than anything. It wasn't cheap, cost about 3x as much as her violin (3,200 dollars for cello). All I can say is even if you have to, just buy one with credit or something and pay it off as you go, it's worth it.

It's a cello he made himself. It's not actually what you'd think of as being 3/4. It's called a Gypsy cello, and it has a smaller body, a longer neck, and an extra string. You can see it pretty well if you watch his video of Dusk.
