@pJAyRR That's just a regular, regulation size 5 soccer ball that you'd play with on the field. you really could use anything though; one of my friends is great freestyling with tennis balls. And I was wearing indoor shoes, but which shoe works best would really depend on the surface you're practicing on. Best of luck!
what kind of ball do you use?? like exact name and are does indoor soccer shoes or just casual shoes . im a beginner
