Love shrimp and scallops, think I'll try what you did maybe with some baby corn. Please be careful with those paper plates on a gas stove . . . not a good habit. I set stuff on my electric stove then turn on the wrong darn burner, won't say what all I've done but try harder not to get distracted. I chuckled when I saw the store garbage bags, I do that when I'm out of the big ones but should all the time.

nora does the shrimp have to be medium size. because we only have mini shrimp. anyone know good and not to hard recipe for mini shrimp.?

Sure you can use mini shrimp. Just make sure to add in the shrimp last or cut the scallops in small pieces for even cooking.
