so, herc is a god like he wanted, icaris is respected, adonis isnt a snob anymore, zeus and hermes are still happy in the underworld, the other gods arnt complaining, hera loves hades and hades seems to be happy and doing a good job of being king, why did hercules want to change things back to normal again, everything was better with hades in charge

Though this series is my second favorite cartoon series ever, I HATE this episode. It makes no sense. Why didn't Hades just wipe Hercules from existence? Why did he make him his son? Or, more importantly, why is Hercules and Hades (and for some reason Pegasus) the only three people conscious of the changes made? No one else is aware of anything wrong. And why did Zeus and Hades switch outfits...Ok, Zeus looks kewl, but Hades looks like an ice cream...

Well yeah, but Megara would eventually have died, and then Hercules would have had to live the rest of eternity without her. I guess he preferred going back to being mortal. And when you think about it, in the real myth, Hercules became a god after his death, so maybe that's what happened in the Disney-verse as well?

that's just the point...they were making fun of the fact that, in the adult world people try to make what they do seem more important by giving themselves a more official, fancier technical title. the gods have switched places and "Hades" convices "Zeus" to destroy Herc..Icarus and Phil rescue Herc at the last minute and Ick flies him to the Tapestry where he reweaves it again,brings the world to normal and the boys go back to the strt of the story and get their tickets.But, lol, the concert gets canceled.....Orpheus has a head cold!!!!
