In my opinion IWD had better music, but overall BG 2 was the better game out of the 2.

One of the best games ever and I don't mean only in its own genre. Even after playing it through multiple times, I still find new things from that game and if I started playing it again now, I'm rather sure I would find something new from that game, something that I haven't noticed, found or understood last time. A lot of work must have been involved in makin this game. Even the voice actors are so great. 10/10, absolutely! They don't make games like this anymore

supposedly theyre working on one. and if they aren't, there's still Dragon Age, which hopefully will at least be almost as good as BG, although I think that's almost impossible in today's video game industry...

There have been very good games, but I don't think any can top BG 2. Dragon Age could flop, but it might be able to reach its grandeur.. one can dream. What's best is it will also be on the PS3. XD
