  • 1:36 LOL thats how they unscrew things in space XD

  • Wow - they go very well together. Nice video.

  • This is class, what an epic vid, I can't wait for a human mission to Mars, be dangerous but there will be plenty of volunteers, imagine how famous you'd be as and when you returned to Earth ?

  • nice work

  • good timing

  • sure are gettin there moneys worth out of those two things

  • wow, love anything to do with space and exploration

  • freaking awesome! I can't wait to see the next rover in 2011 :-)

  • hmmm, are you 9 years old?

  • Wonderful work. The more we learn the better.

Now, how about sending some of us meatbags?

  • you have done a very impressive job. perfect timings with the movie and sound. good work :)

  • are there clouds on mars?? or are those supposed to be something other than clouds at 2:33?

  • Yes, Mars has a few clouds, a few days ago they even discovered snowfall on Mars.

  • awesome animation!

  • Congratulations to Phoenix for a Successful Mars Landing!!!

  • Coooooooool!

Have you made the music faster to fit to the video?

  • that was an awesome animation

  • never mind i found it lulz

  • wtf where did you get the music from?

  • iTunes

  • wow... you respond fast! what did you type in? i cant find it anywhere on youtube

  • i mean itunes

  • Apollo 13 soundtrack: The Launch

  • at camp we called this the "lonley rover"

  • lOVE THAT!!!

    Aerospace RULES!!

  • Is this a remixed version of that music, and if it is where can I find an mp3 or ogg of it?

  • where did u get to download this video?? This video is on diff titles on youtube so there must be a site that lets u download it. I tried NASA's website to download ot but its all pixelated so where did u get it from? Oh and cool vid by the way - music and vid was excellent 5 star :)

  • i believe this is a disney movie called roving mars. i saw this on the science channel not to long ago.

  • No, this is Apollo 13. I saw Roving Mars in the IMAX theater, very good film.

  • I ripped it from the DVD

  • Nicely done

  • WOW that was the greatest movie i have ever seen dude i am a movie maker to see my space

  • Nicely done!

  • Very VERY nice indeed, and flawlessly timed.

    I applaud you, good sir.

  • Wow cool!!!

  • correction to last comment "last 40yrs"

  • pretty cool i love the music to the apollo 13 film. imagine if there was civilised life on mars i just imagine the news "today at the base of mount olympus another metorite hit the surface and bounced around. here is blob with his report (after report) proffesor blib perhaps you could explain the sudden ocurunce of all these meteors in the last 4 yrs"

  • Awesome, I wish i knew how to make something like that.

  • I still think this is like the coolest ever, yay aerospace engineering!

  • VERY nicely done.

  • Does anybody here think life can be supported on mars???

  • COOOOL! I love this music!

  • The music is awesome from the Apollo 13 movie isnt' it?

  • Response to straydog02: It's apparant that you are one of those pessimistic people who think that the Apollo missions were faked. NASA has had soft landing abilities since the Apollo missions. However, you did overlook a crutial fact. Our moon and Mars have different atmospheres.

Oh, and since you think you know so much about our space technology of the past, present, and future why don't you go work for NASA yourself?!

  • EPIC MUSIC!

  • Straydog, when you land on Mars with rocket engines, you have to take all that fuel with you. Much more economical to use airbags and much cooler looking

  • Incredible animation and awesome music ... but I have one one question ... If nasa allegedly had soft landing capabilities over 40 years ago , when the unmanned Surveyor crafts landed on the moon , then why the bouncing balls droped from such a height now ?

This modern technology makes the alleged Apollo missions look even more suspicious .

  • is it really necessary to drop it from such a high altitude? I mean the bags keep it safe, but why not play it even safer and slow it's velocity even more with a longer booster duration?

  • Larger boosters = greater weight

  • I think it was done cuz it was cheaper and more fool proof

  • WICKED

  • Haha, that was cool. I've seen this animation before, but with Horners score it's just so much more exciting.

  • Cool Video!

  • The part where it takes off and rises above the flames and gases gives me goosebumps.

  • Awesome!!!!!!!

  • AWESOME.

  • very good!! that thing bounces along really far!! Make another, definately

  • Animation brilliant,soundtrack awesome.

  • Thanks, the animation is from JPL, but I chopped it up and put the music in when I was bored.

  • FANTASTIC!!!

  • Very well made. Cool animation with one of the best soundtracks ever made.

  • Nice
