Are you crazy or ignorant? #5- Sellers don't pay the realtor's commission. Realtors are experts in marketing homes and bringing sellers in by listing in the MLS and bringing it to the attention of 100's of buyers. Also if you want to go for a short sale prior to foreclosure, the banks want it listed with a realtor to make sure that it has been marketed. Do everyone a service and be honest not dramatic.

The point of the video was to explain the risks that are out there. I'm sure you'd agree that having the right REALTOR is not a risk, neither is having the right buyer - but having the wrong one of either is only going to hurt.

I paid a Law office $3000 in upfront fees to do a loan modification and they didn't do anything. I gave them all the paperwork they asked for. 6 months later I found out that I am in foreclosure. They didn't submit the paperwork until I told them I was in foreclosure. I kept on top of them, they said that they were talking with my lender the whole time. I am screwed.
@5yearplan1 I have a same problem like you now, what can I do next? I am so stress out, I am going to lose my house soon, thinking about that, make me feel like don't want to live any more, but still thinking about 2 kids I have, but if you already get help, can you let know where? and what i have to do, please help me
