There's arcades that have some. The ones I usually see are the 3 claws and the UFO catcher. I've seen 3 claws and the crane scope at walmarts. As far as the type of 3 claw in the video, I've seen them in a bunch of Japense videos, mainly in the "ice cream catcher" videos,but I don't know about as far as North america.
