@SuperMrDutch depends on the intensity of the laser. A 5mW green laser beam is visible at night. 50mW is apparently visible during the day. The description on this vid says that fog is used. Keep in mind that anything over 5mW can seriously damage your eye sight. High power lasers can blind you faster than you can blink.
