  • Have I understand properly, that you cant doing some kind (for example normal basic push up and triangle push up) EVERY DAY ? can I do this every day ? sorry for odd question, but I dont understand it clearly.

  • @myyoutubsuperchannel feet on one chair, hands on another. Dangerous. I was kidding.

  • how do the ppl with a homer Simpson type of belly do the superman pushups?

  • Awesome video, but I think if a martial art/ teacher is good, they won't need you to do any work out.

  • Thats the way I like it, 0 dislikes

  • New important info added to the video's info section. Please read before commenting.

  • @kwonkicker Hey one of the only problems with these vids are there not loud enough lol.

  • Can you please post tutorials for kip up and butterfly kick?

  • congratulation pour your superman pushup :)

It's not easy to do . but you're fit .

  • just one question, how do pushups increase punching power or speed?

  • @dimezthemagicprodusa Because the muscles that enable you to punch out and straighten your arms are your triceps. The triceps are one of the prime targets of most pushup variations. Also, tricep group of muscles is much bigger than the biceps and therefore its as, if not more, important to work them than biceps. Biceps retract your arm for the next punch. You can train biceps more with ball/balance pushups.

  • The last one hurts my face xD

  • elbows out/wide-> more pecs

elbows in/diamonds-> you work more the triceps

tip for the nabz: dont rush your push ups, controll them and you will get results

  • is it possible 4 u to doa tutorial on blocking techniques from various stances (I'm talking about hits that aim the upper body and the head such as high kicks knees elbows etc)?

  • me encantan sus videos son los mejores..

  • Great video, as always. Thanks for supporting the community and promoting TKD.

  • What is the flooring that you've created here?

  • Hey Kwonkicker, thanks for uploading this. i got a question:

Can you prehaps add in the description which pressup trains each muscle please? thanks!

  • I did hand-to-hand a long time ago and our instructor was pretty meticulous. In a good way. You seem to follow along those lines, which I appreciate.

  • For the superman pushup, are u using any leg stength at all, or just for balance? Someone was telling me before to push a bit with your toes but it just seemed like cheating to me :\

  • Can you make a video on how to be so effin skinny

  • NUTRITION TUTORIAL KWON !!

  • is he SHIA LABEOUF ?

  • @TheMyinnergame

He should have done wall street never sleeps.

  • Are you going back to Thailand anytime soon?

Because I wanna see more of your fights and more videos of your training there.

  • @kwonkicker The 540 kick I'm talking about is the Tricking 540 where you jump off your kicking leg, kick with your kicking legg and you also land on your kicking legg! So in Tricking it's all about the kick, degrees don't really matter to most of us (Tricksters). That's the one I'm talking about. I've seen you do it before on the Taekwondo Kickboxing Techniques sampler video. Thanks.

  • Can U please do a 540 kick tutorial?

  • Isnt this tactic known as exhaustion training? When you do as many as you can. wait do again and so on? Then you wait till your fully healed and do it again?

  • @FootToTheFace Lol you gotta point they do look a like.

  • the last one is called SHAOLIN PUSHUPS !

  • Hey kwon I got a video up on my channel of me training. I'd appreciate if you gave it a watch, I have some tendencies' like tapping my toe before striking but i'm working on that. I have more info in the description. Thanks !

  • I've learned alot from your video and still learning.

lots of thanx for your professional training clips.

You're the best Taekwondo n martial art master ever!

  • anybody else think Kwonkicker looks kinda like Kenny Florian. haha, they're both beasts.

  • How tall are you btw?

  • VERY GOOD EXPLAIN

  • You lost weight right?

  • where do u get those cool pants???btw, thx for ur videos...it helped me alot(seriously)..

  • Very godd, I am the Mexico city and the artial marts in mexico is very big, and your all videos ir very good. My ortograph is not good jeje, but in the videos when you talk is very easy undertand you. =)

  • Guess what Kwon, when I watch Captain America while he haven't transform into the bigger him, he looked like you, sound like you lol!

  • Thanks Kwonkicker, an informative video! I'm wondering tough why your muscles arent much more bulky from all those excercises. Are big muscles a disadvantage in Taekwondo? (looking forward to those handstand tips!)

  • Wow @kwonkicker you could do superman pushups. This one guys says that less than 1% of the world can do one.

  • the last one are strange but i promise i will try all of them. Video is very good and detailed as allways

  • *elbow too

  • Is it possible for you to do a tutorial on blocking techniques? (I saw ur tutorial on shin ckecking and I was wondering if you could do one about kick, knee and punch blocking. . . . . .

  • That superman pushup looks alot easier than it actuallly is xD

  • Great lessons man

  • Are there advantages when you do push ups on the fists?I always do cause otherwise my wrists hurt.

  • @DaZeDmerlin The advantage lays in the fact your wrists are practically straight when you do push ups on your fists. When on your hands, they are bend, which can cause pain with some people.

  • @dangkoen Ah ok, dus het is eigenlijk zelfs beter om op je vuisten te pompen, ik ben zo iemand die pijn krijgt in de polsen als ik er op pomp.

    Grtz landgenoot. ;)

  • @DaZeDmerlin Lol, zelfde :D

  • Nice! Those hip push ups arr amazing. Thanks bro

  • Good tutorial

  • awesome tutorial

  • i think tou should have told which muscles every variation works

  • @Oren6131 Crap, I knew I was forgetting something. I kind of rushed through this one. I also forgot to add the handstand drills too. Oh well, I'll make a part 2 in the future.

  • @kwonkicker Why not add anotations then?

  • @Oren6131 100% true.. was the first thing that came to mind too ... should of mentioned which muscles you are working out.. This is the most important point to make FIRST!

  • Thanks Kwon. This vid was very interesting. But I was a little surprised that you didn't add the judo/hindu pushups. Are these not as helpful?

  • Hey man, i know this is kind of hard but can you make a video for a good bodyweight routine? i'm trying to get in shape but im really poor so I can't afford a gym membership.

  • Kwon, your tutorials are great! This pushup one is excellent. I use your lessons to improve my Capoeira training. Axe! Good luck in Portuguese.

  • very good tutorial

  • Keep up the good work..all your tutorials are extremely helpful

  • did u guys see the bug on the camera towards the end? or was it just me

  • @coolaznvt Haha yeah I had to redo a lot of it because beetles kept landing on the camera while I was doing the drills. I have to shoot at night right now because the heat of the day causes the camera to overheat and shut off. Unfortunately, the lights at night attract the bugs and they climb through the openings in the makeshift door then fly all over the room. It'll get better when the weather cools down and I can film in the day time again.

  • @kwonkicker Have you considered getting some kind of Net to add to the Door? Ive had similar past issues :P

  • @kwonkicker considered aiming a fan at the camera and filming in the day, when my laptop overheats i just turn my fan on and it goes back to normal lol

  • Hey kwon! Awesome vid as always! But i realized you have a lot of these 'basic' tutorial vids on your channel. Any chance of making an 'advanced' turorial vid? Cheers!

  • Another very easy to follow and thorough discussion on training methods. I love these lessons. Thanks again for sharing as much as you do.

  • I have a quick question but explain why for me and many people I know, how come going down on the push up is much harder then when you lift yourself up? Thanks for anyone who can answer this and how to fix this.

  • @Kevinhuypham Gravity. In lifting yourself up, you can explode yourself by literally pushing the floor/ground. In this motion, you're using a whole lot of explosive force & muscle groups to help the pushing part. Upon going down, gravity slowly sucks you to the ground, to the point where it wants you to literally just drop. This is what makes gravity stronger, thus making the down aspect of the push up harder. Also, it may depend on what push up you're doing as well.

  • hey kwonkicker, did u see the ufc rio today?

  • this is badass!!! i'm always impressed by how much u know

  • I really thank you for your push up variations. I mix a whole lot of push up variations per week, so as to confuse my triceps & chest muscles. I'll definitely be including your variations =D!

  • @Loyal2law No prob, glad the video could be helpful in some way!

  • @AMVshinigami he has already done one on agility Check out: Taekwondo Jump & Agility Training video for it

  • do you think you can make a video on how to increase kicking speed and agility?

  • @AMVshinigami he did o.o

  • @AMVshinigami he made a jumping and agility training tutorial

  • @AMVshinigami excellent question

  • @AMVshinigami He did one for jumping agility which can help with kicking speed. Check out his channel on the Tutorials playlist. He has one for Lower Body Strength Drills and Jumping and Agility Training

  • @AMVshinigami He has.

  • @AMVshinigami I remember he already did

  • @AMVshinigami already did. its called jumping & agility training etc. for kicking i would suppose just do lots and lots of repetitions fast but not compromising form

  • @AMVshinigami try practicing harder. There's no quick way to achieving mastery.

  • First!

  • great video u are rly good keep up the good work
