@MrJdog415 Armor was T51b power armor. Certain vendors sell a shitload of certain types of ammo. The guy inside McCarran, the Great Khans armorer, the guy inside Hoover Dam, etc. Sometimes I'll get frustrated and just spawn it inside their inventory so I can buy it, if I can't find it elsewhere.
