The key point about the Constitution is that it embodies the core values of the United States of America. When society changes, that core can also change -- there is a process for doing that.

Now some judge, or Congress or President cannot simply decree that right away. That's a good thing, right? Otherwise, we effectively have no Constitution at all.

I disagree - Miller really doesn't have a good grasp on the constitution. If we took the constitution seriously, women wouldn't have a voice/vote. Thankfully, we turned that around in the 1900's to give women like me a voice!

Joe Miller is articulate and succinct in his comments and question to Ms. M. He goes to the heart of the matter of what is wrong in Washington. Ms. M was arrogant, argumentitive and defensive and skirted the direct questions and answered Joe with fluff. Her statements on March 30 on KTUU are what they are and she is trying to use smoke and mirrors & semantics to hide her true sympathies which is to work for Washing's agendas and not Alaskas. We need a man like Joe Miller who will fight for us.
