  • okini!!!!!!!!!11 honto kawayee Ayame chan!!!

  • Well I made it and thanks to you :)

  • Okay I'm new to this and I really wanna make this any tips would be awsome like what brand of curry past do you reccomend and do I have to cook the.meat first???? Please some help would be nice :))

  • @LegionSilencer the Golden Curry brand is I think the easiest to get, and at the same time the tastiest so far. the Meat does not have to be in first in my opinion, but some people insist on it first since its the longest to cook.

  • the onion is really big...

  • thank you so much!! it was really helpful! ayame-chan is cute too!!! ^^

  • secret ingredient XD

i suggest frying onion before adding water

  • Yo I tried this out but I messed up my bad on my part, I think I overcooked the potatoes and the overall curry tasted great but was way too think in texture, do you recommend I remove the potatoes next time??

  • @moritsuna depending on what you add, you may need to add a bit of water (do a little at a time) to thin the curry.

  • haha the curry blocks remind me of chocolate ^_^

  • それはそれはおいしい

  • kawaii baby

  • wat was it she pored in at 2:00

  • @wilashray oil... (could've been any type, vegetable, olive, corn, etc)

  • @wilashray Oil. I think.

  • does it go bad if i put it in a bento box and wait for lunch??

  • @kyoberry1 depends. if it's sitting in a warm environment and you've kept the curry for sometime, then maybe.

  • Kawaie Ayame Thx i will cook it even i am boy thx

  • かわいい!!!

    (*^_^*)

  • lol...shes adorable

  • ok i did everything you did and it tasted awsome but i can only take 5 bits and i got sick not like it gross or that it just that i ate to much that all

  • ayame is super cute! i hope your family is doing ok after the earthquake!

  • ayame is cute!

  • why does she soak the potatoes?

  • @44USELESS44

So they don't start to get brown.

  • @Uminokun what happens when they do?

  • @44USELESS44

Potatoes, avocados, apples and other fruits start to oxidize when cut. They're still edible but not very appealing since the browning looks like mush. That's why people put lime juice on avocados to stop the oxidizing process or dumping cut potatoes in water(that also takes away some of the starch the potatoes have.)

  • hahahaha! The baby has no comment but hot, which makes me hesitant to cook this :)). Anyways, she is sooooo CUTE!!!!!!!! DAMN CUTE :D!

  • @megalith100 You can choose whether or not to pick the hot curry paste, there are different kinds.

  • モスバーガーの子だ

  • looks very good...If you make curry paste at your home...it taste better...also fry the onions with mustard seeds in oil and then add other ingredients.

If you also roast curry masala..and add it..it would taste more good

  • haha those onions are the size of softballs!!

  • Woah! I had this and i didnt even know! XD Im gonna eat this in the morning fresh XD

  • she was gonna spit it out and her mom stops her.. lol! cute but a harsh food critic tho..

  • CUTE!!!! Thank you for the video!!

  • Cut tomatoes for hidden ingredient?! wtf?

  • that bib is awesome!

  • Did I just saw meat specially made for curry?

    lol!

  • I'm going to cook this tonight. Sadly we don't have the brick style curry paste. We just have this red curry paste in a little baby food jar in my local grocery store in the states. I use a can of coconut milk and half a jar as it is pretty spicy. I typically use chicken, 1 tsp of crushed ginger, 1 tsp garlic, 2 onion, 2 potato, 1 package of baby carrots. Usually turns out pretty good. Tonight I am trying the beef version. Thanks for the video. I was wanting to see the japanese style.

  • Ayame chan is so cute. ^^

    THX for video.

  • looks good.

    I'm hungry >.<

  • honto ni arigatou gazaimashita!!!!! XD

  • Thank you for posting this! Haha your little girl is so adorable! She has such big eyes!

  • @singhneo9 Then why bother posting comments?

  • OMG Kawaii.. see? asians dont have small eyes, that little girl had big eyes :]

  • @AznKsensei that's because stereotypes =/= reality. Can you believe that Asians can't drive? What a dumb stereotype!

  • THAT BABY IS SO DAMN CUTE!!!! nam nam nam!

  • Ohhh! Looks so good! Now got to look for the curry paste! I have all ways wanted to try this dish!

  • remove scum

  • Take NOTE this is how you make a cooking video. Simple ingredients that you can find and straight to the damn point.

  • can i use curry powder? how much do i need?

  • @coyotx i don't think curry powder would work for this recipe. The japanese curry cubes are a different curry than Indian curry. Using Indian curry would make a different taste. Japanese curry is more hearty and sweet than indian curry.

  • おいしいですね!

  • Thank you for the video! I am going to make this curry sometime this week if I can find where to buy the kokumaro curry paste. Japanese-style curry is by far one of my favorite dishes ever. mmmm!

  • Few questions. The oil used is cooking oil in the beginning? Can I also ask after the ingridents been added and before adding the water, how long you cooked it for? I know I should read the instructions on the box (thou it doesn't tell us on the box). I'm just wondering how long you cooked it before you added the water. Thanks!

  • props to the hemp seed oil.

  • good video

  • Cute little girl. Food looks really good, too.

  • is that a hand hanging?

  • Thank you for sharing!!

    :)

  • Oishi-so! Kawaii, kodomo.

  • Thanks Tkajiya, simple to follow with your sub-title :) and Ayame so lovely and sweet. Btw is it any brand will do, and does all curry cube have ingrident with beef?

  • あのさあのさこの女の子、君を娘か?可愛いね。。。 XD

  • I got a little confused toward the middle here. I chopped all my ingrediants, and then when you got to the part where you're adding it to the pot and telling us not to cook it a certain way I got confused. Was that just oil that you added when you put the pork in?

  • this is not the right way to make curry..X(

  • those carrots and onions are really big does japan grow their own vegetables??they they put chemicals in it to make it bigger???

  • oishi desu ^_^

  • What a beautiful child. Is that a wood spoon she is using to eat with? If so, I have never seen one before.

Enjoyed watching the preparation of the curry stew.

  • @jngwatson its a wooden fork or spork

  • oishiisou!

  • finally a good quality video

  • why do you refer tomatoes as 'secret ingredients'? lol

  • is it fine if you don't use onion because personally i hate onions

  • Look at the size of that onion o_O

  • @RebeccaLessay @RebeccaLessay I thought about that when I saw the video too. Insane o_o

  • @RebeccaLessay Look at the size of those carrots!! Dang!! They make our(America) carrots look like baby carrots.

  • @ichigo8504 hahahahahaha

  • @RebeccaLessay american onion is like that ^^

  • @RebeccaLessay IS INSANE!!!!!!

  • @RebeccaLessay its normal in czech though

  • You have a cute kid there haha

  • secret tomatoes!!

  • This little girl is soooo cute!!!

  • owh, the ingredients were quite chunky but i guess after cooking them in a large pot like in the vid, it would soften. I was surprised with the colour of the curry paste, it looked dark green but when it is served, it looked red. heheh anyway i think i want to try this dish.

  • "remove scum periodicly" hahaha xD its foam well good vid anyways :)

  • do you boil it with small heat or medium heat?

  • keeping the potatoes in the water helps keep it from browning. and japanese curry can be spicy if you want it to be

  • are japanese curries hot?

also, what does keeping the potatoes in water do?

  • itadakimasu!

That kid is so cute <3

    Definately trying this recipe today!

  • KAWAII!!!

  • kawaii

  • *smiles* Cute kid. :D

  • yea make some more cooking videos! i made this too sooooooo yummy! my dad said it kinda tastes like thai curry and that's cuz i used the spicy one haha

  • i made some curry using this recipe and it turned out YUMMY but i added some hot chilies into mines to give it a kick. Thanks a million for this video.

You should make more japanese cooking videos. I look forward to it. Thanks again

  • Y do japanese have to talk so cute ? XD

  • hi the curry looks delicious.Did you add the whole box of curry?

  • @luvseinfeld 4:58 i think she add 2 boxes of curry there

  • @BlaBlaYourHead yeah,it does look like she adds more than 1 box. thanks

  • It all depends on how you like your curry...if you like it saucy like she does, then add two boxes. I've done this recipe and worked fine with one box.

  • @dagonal, Hi! I was wondering its the first time I'm going to be trying this recipe. Is it possible if you could tell me what kind of curry did you use? So I could look for it at the asian market next time I'm there. Brand name or the Manufacturer... Thank You!
