It's simple knowledge. Why has supply side worked? Higher wage earners that also are employers get tax breaks meaning they have more money. Where can that extra money go? To creating more jobs in the private sector. There's a reason why unemployment has stayed low these last 7 years. It is starting to rise again because he increased the minimum wage meaning that more of the employers' money went to pay for wages and not to increase the number of jobs.
