I find "pride" marches of any kind just ridiculous. Sexuality is not something to be proud, or ashamed of. It's just a small, arbitrary component of a much more complex individual. I think educating people during childhood that sexuality varies naturally in many species including humans. As to "we are not ashamed" how about "equality"? I hear "sexual equality" mentioned all the time, and it would be a much more accurate description of what these marches are even about.

I find "pride" marches of any kind just ridiculous. Sexuality is not something to be proud, or ashamed of. It's just a small, arbitrary component of a much more complex individual. I think educating people during childhood that sexuality varies naturally in many species including humans. As to "we are not ashamed" how about "equality"? I hear "sexual equality" mentioned all the time, and it would be a much more accurate description of what these marches are even about.

Sorry to say it but the science says that the world is far more gay than your narrow world view thinks it is. Just remember that next time your out with a group of your male mates. Average temperatures can rise even if some parts of the globe cool. Also if one year (even globally) is cooler it does not invalidate the trend over the last 150 years. The graph goes up and down but clearnly trend upwards. If you can't grasp this concept then there really is no hope for you!! Its competely basic statistics that anyone with half a brain should understand.
