I'm talking about whether a song is well-written and arranged or not. That game hasn't changed-- does it hook you in? Does it have creative structural integrity? Have you said it all within three minutes? Technology doesn't matter--either the song's good, or it's not. And no new song today is as good as the classic songs written between '63-'77.
