  • 9W is a fun drive..until you get stuck behind a bus or grandpa in his buick

  • "life's to short to not have the top down" lol

  • what kind of rims are those?

  • @TheSean925 949 Racing 6UL

  • alright...go fuck yourselves xD

  • amazing engine bay, sooo clean and simple. well done :)

  • I have the same car and color with 37k miles on it. I'm like you, I like the roof down no matter how cold... If anyone is looking at getting one, you won't regret it. There is more room in them than you think.

  • Dude I watched this video ever since it came out but I didn't realize IT WAS RIGHT NEAR WHERE I LIVE LOLOL

Thats 9W leading to Fort Lee. Ferrari and Masaerati dealers and that mexican resturant....wow how did I miss that..

PLEASE GIVE ME A RIDE!!! I wan't a miata so bad and I want to know how a turboed miata ride feels like!

  • @Everyone:

Thanks for the compliments. Car is in de-winterizing process getting prepped for this A/X season.

@AnaboliX: Exactly where that is. I live in Manhattan though. Happy to give a ride when I find myself over there again. Has to be soon though, I'm in the planning stages for some upgrades that will remove the turbo from the equation... ;)

  • @wobbiest i bet ur planning on dropping a V8 in that thing arent u, cuz thats the only equation that would make sense by removing the turbo lol

  • Very clean setup. Nothing to excessive, just good performance and simple, but good looks. What a miata really should be.

  • awesome car very well put 2ghtr, fuck you too =-)

  • Sounds great man... And this question goes out to everyone. Im considering purchasing a miata and i wanted to know can it be used as a daily driver? This would be my first car and i wanted something different from the usual hondas my friends are running.

  • It makes an excellent daily driver. Good gas mileage, easy to park, convertible, reliable if you keep up on your basic maintenance, easy to work on, easy to drive and extremely fun if you ever decide to go out on a country road for some fun.

  • yes get a miata..ive had my honda for a year and i was in love with it untill i got my miata

  • Shit. Very few Miata came to Brazil. I need one of those. ^^

    Nice car.

  • haha damn thats dope! im looking to get a miata also

  • How much did the entire set up cost you excluding the wheels? Please reply thanks. Great car!!!

  • i wana get one

  • Speeding on 9w isnt such a good idea, PIP cops arent that friendly, lol, do you ever go to starbucks in edgewater to show off your car?

  • Ha! Yep, have had some scares on that road a few times. Some very nice family members have been so gracious to dedicate their lives to law enforcement though, if you get my drift :)

I live in Manhattan, so I don't make it over there really. The car pretty much is now a dedicated a/x car at this point so it's rarely on the street. Should be some fun mods coming up over the winter though.

  • I have a question...whats your number lmfao

  • how tall are you? If 6 foot or taller how do those memory fab seats work for ya? I'm 6 foot and my stock seats place my eye level right at the top of my front windshield. I was going to put in racing seats anyway but just liked the look of those particular memory fab seats

  • 6'. The biggest thing to consider is waist and hip width. Anything over a 33" waist I think will be too much. I use stock sliders with L brackets. I am on the middle setting and my helmeted head is just below the rollbar.

  • I've got a 30" waist so I think I'm good in that area. Good to know that I can still use the stock sliders and have it work out for me, thanks a bunch for the info.

  • s58 is even smaller if you want something even more snug - I am a 32/33 or so and the s68 fits snug but very well,

you need to drill a couple holes inthe stock sliders, but they are useable

  • notice from the comments that ur not a fan of the fm kit...y?

  • I love FM. Best in the biz. BEGI is the problem child.

  • Yeah I looked up the kits online, they seem really complex. I'm definitely a fan of FM's R&D simplifying everything. And you can't beat the Voodoo box for affordability and ease of tuning.

  • Complex isn't the right word. Headache is closer. FM? Always been like a joy in every regard. Good luck with the build.

  • Good to know. I'm not one of those guys who wants to get it cheap and have a challenge. I'm willing to pay the extra for FM perfection.

  • sounds great! I have Enthuza on mine, but prob won't bother to get the 3" when I get my FM turbo. The exhaust sounds so much nicer with a turbo. Black valve cover is nice. Like the chairs too. Is the heat shielding part of the kit?

  • It is part of the kit, but you are making the right choice with the FM kit if you like your sanity :)

  • veery clean

  • a great autocross car..

    what 6,000 dollars??

  • Thanks - its been a handful this season so far since I have been running an open rear still. Torsen is coming any week now, but even with some 710s (well used at this point as well) I have been having traction problems. Very excited about the thought of getting that inside wheel to behave!

  • Great car. Thanks for the vid.

  • dude two thums up nice work

    i bett she ride nice

  • nice work''' bro check my ride''

  • How much have you put into the WHOLE turbo set up and how much power is it making? Can you give a rough estimate of how fast the car is with numbers like 0-60 and 1/4? Just a rough idea of how fast it is. Thanks!!

  • Price: Easy to figure out without me divulging specifics, I think I mentioned most of the turbo bolts ons in the vid. :)

I have no clue about 0-60 as its a pretty useless metric, and its not a drag car, so I dont know about 1/4 mile either. Pure speculation is at 14psi its probably in the 250rwhpish range? Could be 15 more or less. Just a guess. Car weighs about 2200lbs. Mathematically its a sub 4.0sec 0-60 car and a 12.0 1/4. Take that for what you will though.

  • sounds just perfect

  • Thanks - I credit a lot of that towards Magnaflow and Jason at Enthuza exhaust.

  • Nice fireball on the rev.

  • Really clean miata, sounds nice too, Go fuck yourself!

  • lol - thanks!

  • I have nothing but good to say about FM. Absolutely the best in the business. I have little/nothing good to say about "others". Stick with FM - do yourself the favor. The only good I can say is that so far its been a reliable system. But at the cost of sanity.

  • And a secondary is that boost is turned up to 13-14psi and its been solid since then too.

  • How was the install of the kit?

  • I have tried to be kind because I dont want to be the slanderous Miata guy. I will put it this way: in every single regard I will revert to doing business with Flyin Miata only. Not just ease of installation but EVERYTHING. Draw your own conclusions. This was my first business with BEGI and I have building and driving Miata for 10+ years.

  • Indeed, I have a RX7 and well I am now looking to turbo a miata for daily so I've been researching like mad. I've heard good and bad from FM and BEGi, both seem to have ups and downs. I just need to figure out what I really want and just set my mind to it.

  • Pretty loud exhaust for a turbo :)

  • any issues with the memoryfab seats, i've been thinking about getting a pair

  • Little issue is that I can hear the double sided tape they use to keep the cover from sliding around when I get in and out of the seat. Really nothing major - just a little sticky noise. I have had them for about a year now and about 3000 or so miles I guess. No rubbed spots or discoloring. I am also very careful getting in and out of them though too. I would them buy them again.

  • In the next video, I wanna see you poop.
