i think makeup forever has colored mascaras now and they work amazingly. you could put a black mascara base and then put the colored mascara on top for a hint of something.

Great review! =) ive always wanted to try the loreal double extend mascara, but like you, previous double extends that ive tried tend to make my lashes look really clumpy, so i kinda avoided it. im glad that this one doesnt have the same clumping affect.

I have the blue physicians formula and it's a good mascara. The only thing is since I have the blue it looks like my eye area is started to get frost bite. Its quit laughable really.

loved ur review! ive never tried the physicians formula one but ive tried the loreal one. I dont like the black mascara side sadly, it make my lashes look spidery i guess or something like that but i love the sparkly side because like you said you can actually see it!!!

Great review! What do you suggest for very dark brown eyes? Turquoise makes them more "brown" but usually my eyes look black.

I recently tried the Max Factor illuminating/eye color enhancing mascara for brown eyes and it has a copper color. I found that it works quite well, unexpectedly...now that MF is almost completely gone, I am quite bummed seeing as this mascara will be expired in a few months and I won't have a way to replenish it. I shall have to try the L'Oreal one next... =)

Both make your lashes look fuller, but the L'Oreal mascara really pops the green in your eyes! I've been using BadGal for the last few weeks, and I like the look, but it flakes a bit throughout the day. If these don't flake as much, maybe I'll check them out. Thanks for the review!

I find myself always using 2 mascaras on my lashes in order to get what I'm looking for. I haven't tried every mascara but hopefully i find one then i wont need to keep 2 in my bag. Right now I use CoverGirl Lashblast and Maybelline Great Lash : Lots of Lashes

i think its dumb that people think its silly that you do mascara reviews because the way i see it if there is a mascara that does a really good job to improve the look of your short lashes then i can only imagine what it might do to my medium length lashes and thus i will know whether or not that mascara might be worth trying

This is going to sound gross, but I mistook the glitter on your eyelashes from the double extend mascara for eye buggers. I much prefer the physicians formula over the double extend because, looking at you straight on, it makes your eyelashes seem much fuller and more noticeable. You should try out and review covergirl's lash perfection mascara. I have short, stubby lashes also, and it is amazing, definitely my holy grail. It lasts all day long, holds a curl, and makes lashes look amazingly long and defined. I have even had a few people tell me how long my lashes are while i was wearing it!

Great review! Actually I only learned of different colored mascara existing this past St Patrick's Day lmao...when my friend wore green mascara. My perfect mascara would be something that would hold a curl because I have stubby stubborn straight asian lashes. The curls never last more than a couple of hours =(

As always, a VERY thorough review from one of my favorite beauty gurus!! I have the Loreal mascara in the same color as yours and I really like how it does not clump and the glitter/enhancing end is easy to apply. However, I am not sure if I am just wasting my time with the enhancing end. I just doubt that it is noticable to other people or if it really enhances at all. I think we are lucky to have green eyes. The single called Nutty by Wet 'n Wild looks best as a "one-only" eyeshadow for me!
