@brol1k lol well the thing is, i was just testing how much smoke i would get at teh same elapsed time of each hookah's session with their different bowls.
@brol1k i mean, without a doubt if i had recorded the clip liek 20 minutes in, the clouds would be HUGE, just wanted to see which one would bang out bigger clouds the fastest.
After you finished the pyrex vortex, how much shisha was left dry (wasted)? Possibly try to just try one hookah, and change out the bowls. Just from personal experience, diff hookah/hose/etc smokes differently. I do appreciate your review. :D
dude...no offence but holding more shisha isn't an advantage, and there must be a problem with the hookah that you used with the clay vortex cause you don't get that little smoke from the vortex... My advice ,don't do any more reviews.
@pulifric Thank you for your advice, I shall take it into consideration. For the most part, the amount of shisha a bowl can hold is completely subjective and relative to the person and brand of tobacco that is being smoked. Secondly, there is nothing wrong with my hookah, I promise you. I was simply having an experiment to see that if both bowls had the exact same dependent variables, then what the progress of the bowls contribution to the session would be at the alotted time.
@umgadan what ive realized is that it because of the nice design, it allows a greater surface area for hole pokage on the foil, just an added bonus i think
ur pretty stuck up bro. hookahnoobie should be more like it. ur making a comparison wrong. check out some of the videos on hookahpro m8.. check out how ppl like photolinger and others make comparisons (which is the way i told you). Admiting to a mistake isnt a bad thing.
ALSO FYI. u dont need A LOT of tobacco to get"big clouds" which most ppl seek for.. a larger clay head will give u a longer session if u manage the heat properly, if you dont u will just toast the top layer...anw keep trying
@b3ava i dont see how i am stuck up. this is simply providing my reasoning and logic behind the method of which i wanted to conduct my experiment and my review in my video, i have taken into consideration your suggestion none the less. Thank you.
Why in the world do u make such un even comparisons? U didnt need 2 nargiles for ur experiment u shouldv kept both bowls warm and tried them on the same pipe with the same coals(once bowls where replaced). not to sound like an ass but km draw is way better than that cheap washable.. i would retry this.. it didnt seem like an unbiased review im sorry
@b3ava i actually, reviewed the tonic washable hose, the pull is the exact same on a km pro hose and a km rainbow hose, i have yet to upload that review but if you see the clouds i get with the washable youll understand why i didnt think it was a very big variable in the experiment .Also, i had two argiles at teh same time with the same amount of coals, jsut to see how long the bowl would take to start up compared to the other one.
@b3ava also, if i had stuck to one argile, all the independent variables about the coal size, coal heat, amount of heat taken into the shisha as well as general amount of times ive smoked it would all be out of sync. the only independent variables that are askew in my point of view is that i neglected to use two of the same hookahs, inorder to achieve the desired result which is the amount of smoke i derived from each bowl.
@b3ava Wow, Either you have a small lung capacity or your hookah is shoddy because I have quite a few Washable hoses like Narbish, Nu-Hose and others, I also have KM Signature and KM Pro Hoses and the washables pull the same. Either retract your statement or be warned others may reply to this to verify my statement.
Here's the problem with Pyrex, besides inhaling unknown chemicals (you don't know if it's food grade)...it'll heat too fast. You have too much heat contained, therefore you'll have a more flavorful, but shorter session.
You really can't compare two bowls of totally different materials.
@MrSam2117 very interesting points you bring up there. However, "pyrex" or otherwise known as borosilicate glass is only made up of silica and boron oxide. both of which is found naturally on this planet. Silica from sand and quartz, and boron oxide is simply the oxidized version of boron. well to get technical, its boron trioxide. Either way, your doing worse by smoking shisha than out of a pyrex. Secondly, as for the heat issue, even though i do agree that it gave me a more flavorful session
@MrSam2117 it did not reduce the timing of the session at all, the amount of heat the pyrex material has accumulated is then evenly distributed throughout the bowl itself, giving you that even burn for the shisha. imagine a lasagna in the oven in a pyrex, it cooks the center and works its way to the outside. it is arguable that the bowl lasts just as long as a regular ceramic or clay bowl, but cooking inside out instead of the top to bottom as most heads do.
@MrSam2117 You do know that Pyrex is the most popular glass used in cooking and it maybe safer then clay bowls (glaze on clay bowls, can contain lead).
ODD the regular vortex gave u that little smoke, with 3 chronic coals my vortex produces massive clouds.

Like: your humor, and the competition. Hopefully someone starts making other bowls out of Pyrex.
