They do not tell the truth here about statistics. Unemployment and etc. numbers are always reported on the low side. When one thinks of 5% unemployed they neglect to see that it also means that 95% are employed. There is always a negative and positve # but government uses only negative stats. I have no idea why they would want so much useless info on us really? It is silly as it will be monstous thing to control and sift thru for anyone.

We have quite a big welfare system.. So my government really fears 10% unemployment or more.. And I see it becoming more as 10% for sure.. And a lot of our economic system is built around the housing market..

The fun will really start when interest rates NEED to go up.. All those option-arm mortgages (in the US) will be hit so hard..

Things are much the same here. They say we have rights but it is amazing to see what the authorities can really do. They want in US now to do facial recognition so it will only take a picture and that will be able to I.D. you. Gas here in Can. is 70% tax as far as i know. We are taxed to death.
