Blaze came really from the future of silver but when the hedgehogs defeated the iblis and erased him from the time line, the reason why silver and blaze met never existed so silver never met blaze, but still she was sealed into a different dimension where she became the guardian of the sol emeralds and in sonic rush he talks about a curse that stay her away from make friends thats SOLARIS and she used to like silver but she forget him because of Iblis incident and then she met Sonic XD

If this is anything like real ancient knighthood, they never actually thought of a high-ranking name for a female knight, since she was probably one of the only female knights in history. So rather than making up a feminine knight title, they just refered to Blaze as "Sir", showing that she's just as powerful and important as any male knight.

Yes, I know the story, but the point is that the volcanic disaster that is Pompeii had no idea that they would die by a force of nature that happened in less than an hour. It's painfully obvious that the lava pools and the volcanic ash would eventually destroy the city in Sonic's game! there were rock-houses right over a river of lava, for crying out loud!!!
