Why didn't you go up more ladders? D: Most of the drains I go into don't have many shafts or anything other than straight drain-pipe, so stuff like that is really exciting.
Cool vid ive done some drains myself there really fun and you never know what type of structures youll see or what type of drains youll encounter, take a headlamp and a extra flashlight/camera and your set make sure when you go theres no rains near by or in your area(when it rains,no drains)sunny day and your set.
oh god , why dont you people go look in a storm drain on your own sometime , i tend to do it for a hobbie , and its quite interesting seeing some drains from the 60's and 70's
@Alexeriks1I'm pretty sure that's not a snake, it's a ripple of water, because snakes don't vanish into thin air, unless they're ghost snakes, at which time you might want to avoid planes for a while
@Alexeriks1 Wasn't expecting anything, but you won't know for sure until you try. What do you expect to see on the moon except for a vast expanse of craters and rocks? Well some people still want to go there anyways, cuz we think it's cool and worth a closer look. You might learn something you didn't before if you see things first hand. Where would we be if everyone always said "There's probably nothing interesting there"? That's what exploration is to me maybe exploration is different to you.
Going in underground drains is a "confined space" and confined spaces can have a lack of oxygen. The workers never go down without ventilation...a supply of fresh air. Being in confined spaces can be deadly. Never go into confined spaces without a supply of fresh air.
Ive heard of water main breaks, a knocked off fire hydrant or even a flash flood rushing down without warning. ive even seen a fuel tanker strike and knock off a fire hydrant and loose all the entire load of fuel into a storm drain (more than one time). by the looks of that storm drain it looked pritty clean and thats useually becouse a very large amount of water flowed through it, not even the sighn of rats??? think before you enter next time. i say this becouse i work for an underground Co.
Ew, no. I LOVE urban exploring, but I have a crippling phobia of roaches and I know that gigantic groups of them live in the sewers. Eugh... *shivers*
I'm gonna try draining soon, i found a drain that looks suitable but in teh night im gonna have to figure out how big it is and stuff and get a closer look. wish me luck! :D I'll try and document it :]
so stupid the abandoned building thing is cool.. but been in constriction for years and you have no idea the precautions we take before entering atunnel or below ground.. I saw one where some guys wanted to get to a location through sewers and half they were like im feeling sick.. Well acorse you fuking idiots! there methane in there! No idea but its the chance you guys like taking I like to se you guys play russian roulette!
@zentetsu32 "idiot" like somehow they would magically know how to do it thus display a lack of intellectual _capacity_ as opposed to mere _ignorance_ which is different than "idiot".
I've been doing this since I was a kid, it's something you just do when you're a kid with no where to go. Mine don't just lead to ends like that though.
I have to agree to your insanity. I looked like the drain connected with a large body of water which means it could drown. Of course there are those ladders to whatevers up there. I do like your videos i've never been "Draining" before.
I'd really love to do this, but there aren't any abandoned houses here. there are some villas that it would be awesome to go into, but they are not disowned and I bet there's alarm systems.
As a kid I used to ask to go to the bathroom during ballet class and explore the corridors in the dark. thrilling!
nice vid but if you are really in to this stuff you should go to stockholm underground it's SICK! THERE you can find dead guys and shit plus its REEALLY large i mean miles (europeian do not know how it is in usa ) tunnel you can explore theres all kind shit down there like beds chairs panic rooms explosive boxes once it probebly have more they found one of there freinds down there dead fild with conrete i think it was he had stuck in a hole or something i wouldnt be supriced if you found a ikea
This is awesome i used to do this until one day it wasnt cloudy or anything me and my friends were in way far and it went through a draining cycle. It got really hot than we hear WHOOSH of all the water flowing and we ran for our lives
I can't wait in two weeks I'm going to a drain called brick titen in Colorado 4 miles long first mile is heroin shooters and hobos then just open drain baby also going into a place that has a constant security gaurd we have to sneak in the window on the 3rd story haha
Was he making a lot of noise? It's very hard to get caught, he must've been really unlucky. I heard you can get out of it if in your defense you say how the drains are public property, which indeed they are.
