I wasted my whole day doing this, at one point I found that if you keep the gas down then you can do it as many times as you want, the tries count as one. Its a f-d up combo system or something. KEEP THE GAS DOWN AND YOU CAN NOT FAIL. WORKS 100%

Thanks this helped but you should use an SUV style car which already has shit suspension, hit one of those signs at speed aim only two wheels at one cornor and turn sharply into it as you hit it and you'll do plenty, might take a couple times but if you want the achivement this way is pretty simple

Its a roof (i forgot where havnt played game in a long time) that you can drive on and the speed to the egde and slide then of course you will hit the small wall and spin off and you will always spin at least 7 times. i did it while running from police.
