(had no knowledge of it before, been training for 4 years, i am 20 years old) And I learned some new moves from your vid now, he thx. But one more thing- what's the name of the song? really sick, got me all hyped up- (i've also just recently started to listen to rock music during my workouts, perfect music to get all hyped up and shh)- Nice vid, nice performance.
ok ok, it's ok, i've got a program to download music from youtube, so i got the song hehe. but i've gotta say thanx for showing this, i've had problems and pain with my lower back for about 4-5 years now, and after just a couple of weeks with these exercises- it's gone away! I've been able to jog again, hehhe. this means a lot to me, keep posting.
these exercises are nice! by the way, clamantuanguyan, do some searches on "kettlebell" and you will see a russian guy no bigger than my build (i don't have a very athletic physique yet) and he is lifting a 200lb kettlebell and pressing it above his head. It proves that strength and size are two totally different things! small guy may easily plant big guy into the concrete because small guy could be MUCH stronger! it depends on many things, especially fitness level!
