idk about the 500GB harddrive in only a 10mm design... because (correct me if im wrong) it wouldnt be flash based memory... it would have to be an actual hard drive much like the ones in the ipod videos

hd playback my ass. the archos 7 and 5 have been out for 7 months with the promise of hd playback from the start of purchase,, and still dont have an hd plug in. this companys is full of shit. They cant even keep up with there firmware for all the problems the 7 and 5 have.
