@sw5mister It`s not all bad - in Hull. I`ve been to far, far worse cities. Far more dangerous cities. Try some of the boroughs of New York City, or some of the Barrios of Mexico City. Even so, the vast majority of the people there are good and decent. You`re just more likely to run into someone who has a revolver pointing at your face.
do you have any other blues and twos vids. my particular favourite was the merseyside ambulance one and merseyside police one. if you have these can you upload them please
If i remember correctly, that Cosworth was written off in a ditch in Wawne. It was replaced with an Rreg Subaru. That was sold / retired when they got the helecopter
@GeoOneloveHipHop There is no law against not giving your name, but the police may arrest and detain you until they can be sure of yout identity so it works out to the same thing.
yeah, i meant to say 'you dont have to give you name' and its bloody best not to! Because when yoyu give them your name and adress it enters you into a legal contract with them. And that may not arrest and detain you unless you consent to it. And the first step to consenting to it, is giving your name and adress. Remember we are policed by consent. If you know you havnt caused harm or loss to anyone or their property, dont not give the police the time of day.
You dont enter into any contract with the police by identifying yourself. Any constable may arrest without warrant anyone whom he suspects is in the process of comitting an offence or who has comitted an offence. If you resist the arrest they may use any force necessary to enforce it, and they may detain you after arrest subject to certain conditions. We are not policed by consent. The justice system just wouldnt function if we were.
1. Yes you do enter into a contract with them. I sugest you do your research,
2. There is a difference between 'legal' and 'lawfull'. And it the officer has can only lawfuly arrest you if a complaint has been reported againt you, or he has witnessed you breaking the law.
3. You are policed by consent! There is 'common law' and 'statute law' Common law is basicaly right and wrong. And you cant refuse the punishment of this. Statute law only becomes law, with the consent of the governed.
We are policed by consent! Dude look it up. Google it. But dont start writing dis-info on a youtube video that other people will see, without actualy researching it yourself. You are wrong. I think you would benifit from some independant research. Iv told you what i KNOW to be true, and im not going to force you to belive me. Thanks for your time. Peace to you and yours.
watch?v=V0IM7Hobd_k ...this video named 'its an illusion' by john harris, Will help you to comprehend what im trying to explain. Its obviusly up to you if you choose to watch it.
We are not policed by consent. The police do not require the consent of citizens in order to go about their duties. Like I said, we are governed by consent. If you want to test this principle, get drunk and stand outside a police station, refuse to go home and swear at the officer(s). You will likely be arrested under section 5 of the public order act, a piece of statutory law. Notice how the officer arrests you without requiring your consent at any stage.
The speaker is a ridiculous conspiracy theorist. Its clear now that there will be no concensus here but I will reply to your comments as long as you keep replying to mine.
@glaxev ohh yeah yeah course mate. justice needs to be served upon men like this. the only reason i pointed it out is because of the legaleese words the 'police officers' were useing.
True i have looked on freeman on land, and the conspiracy genre in general, i have numerous videos on my account i believe. But there is a difference between a police service and a police state :)
No stab vests, no high vis jackets. How things have changed! Strangely the suspects just give their name straight away, never seem to see that on these docusoaps now .

1. No, you dont. After identifying yourself you retain your right to silence along with all other rights you had before identifying yourself.
2. They wouldnt always have to witness the act if they saw evidence of it afterwards.
3. We are GOVERNED by consent, not POLICED. You do not have to agree with statute law for the police to enforce it upon you.

Didn't he rob someone though ? surely its good that he got "done". Stealing from someone is a common law offence anyway not an act.
