Well said my friend. I really liked your talk on this subject as it is a subject i think about alot...selfless acts r such a powerful way 4 the self 2 b improved & 2 grow, but as u said sometimes doing a true selfless act can be difficult, i guess we just have 2 keep practicing as much as we can & in time we will get better & better @ doing it. As it is said "it is better 2 give than 2 receive"

I may do a video response sometime. Great video keep em coming ;)

Thanks mate. Yeah i know just what you mean about the feelings of being mentally more free & happier after doing selfless acts....that quote is i guess a popular saying that you often here people say around christmas time...but yeah i believe it is biblical in origin...there are many other quotes as well from various cultures & parts of the world that have words to the same effect...

This might come off strange but there's a selfless act where there's no expectation, give to some random plants what mother nature gave to you. Get a compost toilet. Pee outside! Who knows, you could be feeding some birds down the line or some bugs or helping a beautiful flower bloom for someone to see one day.

It's true it's very hard to give selflessly to people. It's a fine balance. Especially when they say thank you about the smallest things it's embarrassing somehow.. Good vid;)
