@funk7000 oh my gosh, same with my mum. She will spout whatever the TV tells her to spout without stopping a single moment to even think about it. It's scary really. And everytime I point this out to her, she says I am the one who is nuts and questions too much. She says I am in a cult, even though she seems to be in one - a cult of the state where everyone is a human sheeple and has to be told what to think.

@St37One ahaha but they are just advertising pre-k to get a budget for it. If nobody signs up then it simply doesnt happen. It's an innocent commercial, nothing to be scared of. Vote with participation or money...

@emontyj They are advertising it to get people indoctrinated with the idea that it is a reasonable solution prior to making such programs mandatory. There is certainly nothing to be scared of, but absolutely something to be aware of....from a spiritual perspective.

Antonio Gramsci is also another advocate of public education. If you Google "gramsci's grand plan" you'll find an interesting article about this communist who wanted to use education for the purpose of undermining families which would eventually pave the way for communism. He proposed that this gradual movement towards communism was a more likely approach than a full-blown communist revolution.

Also Google the "frankfurt school of economics". You'll find the same subversive ideology there.
