He had so much more to give.. I never got over the fact that he died so young. I still cry about it. Yet, we should be grateful he existed and created music we will always listen to. He's a legend ♥
Its funny i was raised in a tough hood and all i use to listen to was rap, hip hop and little bit of rock but when i heard the Beatles i was in shock! Its was the first time in my life i was at peace. No music has ever touched my heart like Beatles music. I think they saved me from a life of negativeness and now im free. Thank you Beatles i will play your magic music to all i know so that they can be saved. RIP John Lennon and Gorge Harrison Beatles will live forever.
0:07 ha i love that picture!!!!!!!! john, you will be missed, but you and the beatles will live forever, because what you wrote is good music, unlike that trash today (justin bieber, lady gaga, hannah montana etc.) BEATLES RULE :D

How can anyone not cry. It's such an emotional state to be in even all these years later. The facts John has never come back and that is what hurts everyone the most. I really want Chapman executed for his crime. Yoko is terrified of him getting out of jail for her son Sean, for Julian and for herself. I don't blame her one bit. They should never, ever even consider the word "parole". How dare they. What do others think about this?
As beautiful a song as was ever written - "Nothing's Going To Change My World". I loved this man and his music so much. Thinking of you on this day, John. R.I.P
IM TEN YEARS OLD AND IF IT WASN'T FOR YOU JOHN, MUSIC WOULD NOT BE THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love you. IMAGINE if you were still alive. God bless you john!
This is a most great tribute. My family came from Liverpool, oh so many ages ago, they're still there. i didn't like the Beatles when they first appeared, I must admit. But after that first bubble gum album in '63 I started listening.
I was in Mississippi when John died, we held a candle vigil & I cried. I was living in London when George passed. I felt him go. I'm 60 now & let me tell ya kids...it never got any better than this.
@t2012burns I completely agree with you here. I'm 15 but when I see people pushing beautiful music like this away from them, it makes me feel sad. They are listening to music without meaning, that I don't think can even be classified as music, and it's ruining their lives without them even knowing. It's pushing messages into their minds about sex and drugs and it's not right. The Beatles always kept it clean for the most part and it was just beautiful, beautiful music.
Just came back from New York. I made the trek through Central Park to see The Dakota, and Strawberry Fields. I wasn't prepared for it. As I got close to the Dakota, my emotions overwhelmed me, and to my own surprise my heart sank, and I started to cry (a bit, I quickly sucked it up), I was kind of embarassed at the same time, thank goodness I had my shades on. Anyways, miss and love John. And I miss good music.
@discokidx1 The same thing happened to me; I couldnt stop the tears. Though I have never met the man personally; I feel like I have known him all my life.
GOD took his life for a reason, a reason only he knows. Yoko wasnt the death of him. Yoko brought the best out of him. Its "PEOPLE" who brought the death of him and the best out of "PEOPLE"
@0798184 I like what you are implying but I would say John was the brain the smart one. Paul was the heart with a soft touch. Ringo was the soul of the beat. George lived in the body and could fill in all the empty spaces through out the music.
@0798184 That's so true. Ringo was definitely the mediator that held them together. George had the soul and essence that seemed to be what the Beatles represented. Paul was the genius in many ways and the intellectual leader. John was the heart and brought out the emotion that flowed out of the band.
BEAUTIFUL PEACE & LOVE! ((*J*))
