This lebron is honestly probably the best player ever. The Cavaliers had no1, and the celtics were constantly doubling him, but he was still able to drive to the hoop.
For some reason Lebron now settles for longer jumpers instead. He probably doesn`t have dat same quickness he did in clevelend.
@RunAwayIove Its because he doesnt need to score that many points. If D wade and lebron both score in the mid/upper 20s and bosh in the upper 10s low 20s and the bench contributes, they more than likely won the game.
27 career triple doubles in 8 years in the NBA... Jordan 30 (1 all star game don't count) in 15 years... These aren't Jason Kidd triple doubles these are Big boy Triple doubles... one of 3 players to start playoff career with triple double... youngest player to ever record a triple double... 3rd youngest player all time to 15 triple doubles... And his scoring totals are down to say that of Jordan, because illegal defense no long exists, therefore people can't play isolation as much as JOrdan did
@Swerdnaekaj ok dumbass.....that's see you make it to the league.....and not travel.....everybody in the league travels. It's a part of the game. kobe,cp3.carmelo,wade and even jordan travels so please stfu
@SirObdulio lebron is my favourite player in the nba... no slating. I was just checking whether it was a travel or not, as I don't want to be practicing something that i can't actually use... there's no need to rant :L I'm well aware that everyone makes mistakes... and I never said anything against that, I simply wanted to check whether it was a travel? Is that such a crime? :L
yea and you wonder why he left? ...cavs player look like fans next to lebron..no help no anything....then he leaves to miami and do what allen and garnett did...but people say hes a pussy or what not......remember allen and garnett did the same shit so get that hating bullshit outta here.
only difference between celtics and cavs team work.and everybody knows that james is not a team player.this type of a guy can't win a championship.Rondo was better
@creativelyric if he dove he wouldve ran over pierce, and pierce wouldve had 2 more free throws. i think you just looking for flaws in this game that arent there
@insongh96 ... I'm not a LeBron hater, bro, I think you're a bit defensive, lol. I'm just saying he was tired at the point, but that's no excuse. He could've slid around Pierce and gone for the ball. I'm not saying he would've succeeded, but when it's crunchtime, you gotta lay all your chips on the table.
@creativelyric You have good points but still, you cant take away from this great performance. Its like saying AI shouldve scored more off fast breaks against the Lakers, and that doing so would make them win.
I may be getting defensive, but I'm just sick of people hating on LeBron. They were all on his band wagon and then jumped off as soon as he joined the Heat. I know hes not a good person, but hes (in my opinion) the MVP of the league. I mean last year he shouldve been MVP
@insongh96 I'unno, I thought D. Rose for MVP was a good choice. LeBron had a great year though, but MVP means doing the most for your team as you can. He did that, but he also had Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh backing him up, so that threw him out of being a top contender for MVP.
And I thought it was an incredible performance, considering that it was basically him against five of the Celtics. 2:47 is awful for a Game 7. It's amazing the Cavs were able to keep up at all.
@creativelyric Well still it was just LeBron and Wade... and Chris Bosh was solid but maybe just as good as Carlos Boozer. The rest of the Heat pretty much is garbage and the rest of the Bulls that year was solid other than some exceptions. LeBron was also more efficient and look at the Cavs w/out him! They went fore 60+ wins to 10 or so wins. Thats literally 50 wins from LeBron.
@insongh96 That's fairly true. At any rate, LeBron for MVP would've brought a lot of negative reactions, and if the voting was fixed, there was no better to win it than D. Rose, wouldn't you agree?
listen up lebron haters if your not from cleveland than you migt not know this but lebron never quit on his team he left because no one else would do nothing mo wasnt a scorer, parker was only good at threes jamison was good in the post and shaq was way past his prime look in 07 he scored over 25 points a game and still got swept 08-09 same thing 09-10 he had an elbow injury and delonte west was sleeping with his mom and he still managed to score about over 20 a game and being critized for it
@MrFLYGUYROB STFU you dont know what you talking about & so the fuck what delonte was sleeping with his mom she a grown women she gave birth to lebron not the other way around so that aint have no effect in him & 2nd Cavs was a dominate TEAM! when the lebron cavs was there. mo can score thats why when lebron left he took over right? parker is nice jamison nice so stop sucking lebron's dick & become a NBA fan not a lebron fan IM TIRED OF YA IDIOTS GIVING HIM PROPS FOR NOTHING
@yami829 CTFU cause im a NBA fan and i know more than you little kid i know that when lebron was in cleveland my hometown team my favorite team they had the best record and last year they were rebuilding so i felt bad for them and i dont ride on anybodys dick i dont even like miami for making lebron the leader when it was wades team and for making bosh the thrid wheel and wouldnt you be mad if your teammate fucked your mom and came in the lockeroom and said im gone be yo daddy NOW THINK
@MrFLYGUYROB Do you know delonte said that ? no you dont 2nd are you mad lebron left is that why you dont like miami? cause i remember clearly when lebron left all his soo called cav fans went against him so dont be mad he aint want to be in your hometown & your favorite team HONESTLY it was dum of him leaving but its bussiness deal with it SHAQ even said it. he got a better chance on winning with miami but he should do it with the team that brought here
lebron had a starting lineup of szcerbiak, ilgauskis, pavlovic and djones and ppl wanna call him a choker for not winning a chip in cleveland? what a joke
this is what lebron james mindset shouldve been in the 2011 nba finals keep attacking but now when better teammates and a little pressure lebron is pass first he needs to be aggressive like this when the pressure is the highest.
@CedAdj i don't know either dog... this was so clutch, really wasn't his fault at ALL... Not like he chucked up 30 shots and hit 10, he went 14/29... against a SOLID defensive team
i see u idolize lebron. i do too u know..with Jordan. But i dont worship him.i like his game and his will to win but only there's a r up to that. period.there's a reason why the word crab dribble was invented for him.
watch 1:31 where ray allen grabbed his arm and he still almost fuckin dunked it... if that went through that would have been the clear cut greatest dunk of all time.
@jonnieos Just by reading that statement I'm guessing you haven't been watching NBA your whole life. Pip's dunk on Ewing would be regarded higher in the greatest of all time and even so its not that good compared to others.
if lebron can eliminate mental, blocks, the nba is in trouble. you saw what he did to celtics, bulls, 76ers. he was really good, because he was mentally good.
lebron can retired with no ring and he will still to me be better than kobe...lebron got better highlights than kobe in the playoffs..tell me when kobe had a performance like this in the playoffs??? cuz every time he wins a ring his team is doing it for him kobe its lucky he play for a good organization like the lakers..but lebron with no team was always takin cleveland to playoffs and even the FINALS...king james all da way
Lebron's the greatest player since Jordan..i mean are ppl seeing the same thing i'm seeing? Kobe is great don't get me wrong but Lebron is just on that next level man. Once he fights his inner demons and becomes a little more selfish(weird i know)..he will become this generations Jordan. Remember through all that has happened Lebron is 26 and Jordan won his first ring at 28.
@Pap3rchas3r09 If you think hes the nearest since Jordan u must be on some, you are the first to say that. Ok Kobe has the mentality, instinct, clutchness, ways just like Jordan. I respect Lebron and i believe is was born with unbelievable talent but to say he is the nearest since jordan is just no respect for Kobe, Lebron could be, but right now hes not even close. He needs to work 100 times harder to get at kobe's and mike's level. A true NBA fan should give respect to who deserves it.
@xRaNsoIVI14x i respect Kobe and what he has accomplished, but LeBron is a better all around player. Lebron has shown that he has the "mentality, instinct, and clutchness" in games like this, he has fallen short but he has done some amazing things like score the last THIRTY points for his team against the pistons in 07, or put Boston away by dropping 10 in 2 minutes in game 5 this year. If kobe was on the cavs he would not have won a championship either and that is the truth.
@Pap3rchas3r09 Were not talking about 07, where talking about right now. I believe lebron has potential to be clutcjh, i dont think he has the same killer instinct like jordan or kobe. Like when that boston series last year, he just gave up on his team, then he went to miami cuz he wanted a ring. Micheal, kobe, dirk, many more, who led there team never left and ended up with a ring. Recently lebron showed his true self, not being able to get it done when counted the most, which is a concern.
@Pap3rchas3r09 One more thing, i have been watching kobe since 1996, he has accomplished great things, not sure if you were old enough to understand basketball when kobe was still young, in the early 2000s but kobe had done many amazing things in 01.02,3, etc. If you just remember kobe for his 81pts, 65pts in 3 quarters, other 60pt games, then i could understand why u say lebron is better, kobe's prime is a lot better then lebrons, but right now i would still trust the ball in kobes hand.
@Pap3rchas3r09 lol... all talk. LeBron scores using his speed and athleticism. Once he ages and loses his speed he will have to rely on his jumpshots. But I'm sorry to say, he will not get any better in shooting. I've been watching the NBA since I was 7, and I could tell by LeBron's shooting form that he's reached his max potential in terms of shooting, which is a little less than average.
His scoring will drop down dramatically once he turns 30+ and starts relying on jumpers.
@FrYLocK41 anything to help you sleep at night huh? lol his shooting form means he cant get better? he's shot more efficiently with the Heat then ive ever seen him shoot before with the cavs, IF is athleticism goes as fast as u say then his jumpers can only get better
@ognick22 u butthurt? i get my usual 8 hours of sleep every night tnx very much. sorry to if it the truth gets you butthurt, we saw him in the finals, his jump shooting form won't get him any better in terms of shooting, his FT% speaks for itself he's always been a sub-par 70-75% since he started his career, and sorry he aint getting any better
@FrYLocK41 butthurt why? because im a fan of the best player in the world? no he's not my idol but i am a fan, and maybe i dont have "the eye" like you do but why do u possibly think his form isnt gonna get better if theres anything even wrong with it? and Lebron has a different physique then we've ever seen in the NBA so why do u think its just gonna deteriorate soon as he hits 30 like kobe?
@FrYLocK41 and no ive had no sleepless nights because my name isnt Lebron james i dont have to go thru the things he does i just wanna see him succeed
@FrYLocK41 this might be the most ignorant comment i've ever read. NOt only do you sound like a complete jackass saying you know lebrons shot won't get better which is asinine, you are WRONG because according to NBA.com lebron is shooting better from 15-18 ft last year than Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, and Carmelo Anthony...FACT. Go look that one up and think hard before you respond.
@FrYLocK41 His form is fine, and hardly less than average. LeBron has as much range as any well-respected shooter in the NBA - it's just his mentality that corrodes his game. He can be hot... and as seen in the Finals, he can be cold.
@creativelyric he wasnt cold, he was passive. Why? because he knows his jump shot won't get the job done. I'm sure you watched the finals and I'm sure you saw him missed all his Jumpshot attempts during clutch time, hence why he was passive. He's been in the league for more 7 years now, his jump shot is not getting any better.
@FrYLocK41 It was his mentality, so yes, he was passive - and he was cold. During the Bulls, Celtics, and 76ers series he was fine with taking jumpshots... even during Game 1 and 2. It's only when the "Oh crap, if I do badly in the Finals, I'm not gonna win a ring" hit him that he started being passive as you said. It's all mentality. Jordan had a great jumpshot because he had that impossibly competitive will to win and belief in himself. Lebron needs to believe in himself more.
The player chatter at 2:27, ALL NIGHT!, ALL NIGHT! that was prolly rando...gotta love playoff basketball. LBJ one of the best most unique players of all time!!!! End the lockout
some people want player to be god like and carry a team of horrible players to a championship i always you used to say this back when lebron was in cleveland.....if lebron had the laker team that kobe did that year he would have won a championship....if kobe had the team lebron had they probably wouldnt even have made it out the first round...teamates matter and if you dont think so go watch golf
@logicalguy22 really? because if kobe played with dwayne wade and chris bosh they would have probably swept the mavs. And could would have done pretty good with that cleveland team (even though it was built around lebron james). i mean he did lead a starting lineup of brian cook luke walkton kwame brown smush parker and lamar odom to a game 7 against the first place suns.
@austin78993 lebron took the cavs to the finals with a weak ass team once was against the spurs and he took them to the semi finals against orlando and against boston...kobe never got that far with a weak team and when i say lebron would have won with the 2008 lakers team is cause kobe didnt and he had all his guns so in my opinion that says alot and i disagree about kobe winning a championship with bosh and wade i couldnt imagine that...not in the first year atleast
@logicalguy22 2008 was a choke for the lakers i agree. But Kobe's team in 2005-07 was one of the worst teams of all time. the starters were guys who have now retired or are sitting at the bottom of the free agent pool. and those guys STARTED. the fact that they made the playoffs in the more difficult western conference is a miracle. And the Miami heat this year were absolutely stacked and lost to the Mavs.
@austin78993 you never give up smh lol okay well the heat werent absolutely stacked for one...you take the big three off of the heat they dont even make it to the playoffs, you need a reliable team to win a championship including the bench it was their first year together and to make it that far was incredible especially with all the pressure and no legit center or legit point guard and a bench full of occasional bits of help here and there the mavs had guns of the bench bigtime they swept la
@logicalguy22 hahah. if you take any teams best three players away they probably wouldn't make the playoffs. if you took kobe gasol and odom off the lakers i dont think ron artest and andrew bynum could lead the team to the playoffs. The heat had some really solid bench players. chalmers put up better numbers than fisher had in his appearances in the finals with the lakers. udonis haslem is another player who could start on most other teams.
@austin78993 chalmers showed up really only in the playoffs when hed get great assist for the three point guards are supposed to be play makers chalmers is no legit point guard just another possible boobie gibson, udonis haslem is an energy player of the bench he has a bit of offense but thats not his thing really hes best at hitting those open jumpers too but honestly no one on the heat bench is worthwhile really there all just dirty work players or shooters there starting center is 6,9 smh sad
@logicalguy22 alright but still you have to admit that the miami heat have more talent than the lakers. the lakers have a really crappy bench too aside from lamar odom. I dont think Odom Gasol Bynum add up to Wade and Bosh for the Heat. the teams are pretty evenly matched. both guys should be able to win with either team. plenty of backup no excuses either way.
@austin78993 The Lakers bench is way better than the Miami bench, the Lakers have the highest paid roster in the league and the greatest NBA coach in history, who does Miami have but LBJ and Wade(and sometimes Bosh)? Their bench is HORRIBLE those dudes average like 10 a game, thats garbage.
@austin78993 How was 2008 a choke? The Celtics manhandled them in the finals.....winning game 6 by 39 points. A choke would be the Celtics blowing a 13 point lead in Game 7 2010.
@KHayes666 yeah the celtics manhandled them because we didnt have bynum and gasol was a pussy. it was a choke in regards to the fact that they should have won some of the other games like that huge comeback win the celtics had that pretty much won them the series i think it was game 4 or something i dont remember.
@austin78993 Bynum would have not made a difference. The Celtics won the series with the outside shooting of Eddie House, Ray Allen and James Posey who absolutely abused Randmanovic and Vujacic. Bynum would have been standing in the paint and Ray Allen would still be raining down 3's on the Lakers. The better team won the series, there was no choke.
@KHayes666 Yeah alright. but if they had a presence in the middle, they wouldn't have to play such a compacted defense and they'd be able to get out on shooters. You never know what would have happened.
@Segovia06 neither did the lakers. And they didnt have any offense either. so it was kobe vs the highest scoring team in the league by himself and he almost beat them.
@austin78993 Being up 3-1 was a fluke. Which is why the suns came back and smashed them 3 games in a row. Game 7 Kobe called out his team Larmar went on to score for over 30 points and Kobe gave up on them and whined all game and boom out the first round. Without help all Kobe was good but in the clutch would jack up bad shots non stop. LeBron with Cleveland carried his shitty team even to the finals. LeBron carried his team to be known as elite. Kobe without help just padded his stats
@Segovia06 Giving up on your team, choking in the clutch, whining, getting smashed three games in a row. Funny how those are all things LeBron does too and even exceeds Kobe at in some cases, yet you used them in this debate. I could even point out specific events of when LeBron has failed in these regards and i could do it off the top of my head. Your comment right there = huge fail
If you are referring to Bron leaving Cleveland cause his contract his up is not a valid point. Not saying you said that. But if you mean that then that's wrong. And losing 3 games in a row is just gonna happen sooner or later. My Spurs swept Bron. My spurs swept kobe. But Kobe called his teammates out and even got outscored by odom and cried all game and gave up in the 2nd half. He has choked obviously. But I've never seen him force as many dumb shots as Kobe had.
@Segovia06 ive never seen a bigger choke than the miami heat losing to the dallas mavericks. you cant even argue that as anything other than a choke. all the negative aspects of kobe you keep coming up with lebron does even worse.
@austin78993 Uh yeah Lakers being up 3-1 and then choking it away to the Suns who got smashed by the Spurs. But LeBron has never brought negativity to his team and called out all his teammates and then give up on them at the same time which kobe has done. Look. Kobe is GREAT! He's more clutch. Not always all 4th qaurter clutch but last second he hits it everytime. LeBron is too up and down. But LeBron is a better team player. Btw Kobe CHOKED in game 7 of the finals but his team bailed him out.
@Segovia06 Kobe never quit on his team because he is still there. kobe may choke, but he never scored 8 points in an NBA finals game during his prime. Lebron isn't a better team player. he doesn't trust his teammates to make plays with out him. just because you average a lot of assists doesn't always make you a team player. it seems like he never makes a pass that he doesnt think will be an assist. he never just gives the ball to a teammate to make a play. at least not in cleveland.
@austin78993 I'm talking about in the game when Kobe gave up. And aside from that. Kobe DEMANDED a trade and said there's nothing they can do to keep me here. But because of that the NBA came to his aid brought the Celtics back to life and then what do u know...they give up kwame for Pau and Kobe stayed and now the rivalry became alive again all for ratings. A little fishy that the NBA did those trades for Kobe when he wanted out of there but they wouldn't let him. He's like a spoiled kid.
@Segovia06 first of all kobe pulled back on his demand of a trade. and who cares if he demanded a trade? tons of players have. The NBA doesn't make the trades the teams do. The grizzlies accepted the trade and they got a group of decent young players nd even got marc gasol. plus pau didnt want to be there. If Kobe Bryant is spoiled for wanting better teammates then so is every guy in the NBA. who wouldn't want their team made into a contender?
You don't understand what I'm saying. Once they saw that Kobe wanted to be traded the NBA and stern wanted no part of that so they babied him bought Kobe a new pair of panties and gauranteed him a better team and what do u know his old time buddy Fisher's back Smush is gone Odom of course stayed hey swapped kwame for Pau. Stern brought back the Lakers/Celtics rivalry because he was tired of low market temas making the finals (my Spurs)P.S I know how the trades work but Stern can be corrupt.
@Segovia06 Your Spurs? Yeah they really did great this year. came in first and then choked to the 8th seed. the lakers are the team of the 2000s. you just root for loser teams and players. its ok shitty players like LeBron needs fans. Spurs are good but the best Laker team of the 2000s could kick the best Spurs team of the 2000s ass any day of the week.
Forget abt them 2 I don't root for either. Lakers aren't team in the 2000s. they're 2nd to the Spurs. Best winning percantage the whole decade And most playoff appearances. Last year The Spurs weren't even healthy and were just undersized and are just getting old. If Manu had played in game 1 where they lost by only 3 than Spurs win series and then smash okc. And would have beaten the Mavs like always. And the Lakers were lucky to be able to play the Hornets in the 1st round before being swept
I personally don't care seeing as this whole lock out bullshit is in affect. I was hoping it would roll over just like it did in the NFL which I was so happy there's a full season this year. But the NBA is looking grim and will be lucky to have a season at all. Greedy bitches.
@Segovia06 You...are one retarded motherfucker. Yeah, the Lakers got swept. Three straight Finals trips, Kobe had no help. Either way, that HAPPENS. But you know who DIDN'T get to the second round? Those sorry-ass Spurs that got an ass-whipping from the Grizzlies. You have no right to talk. That statement alone makes any argument you may have invalid LOL ridulously ancient team...
You were lucky to play the sorry hornets who were the worse team aside from the Pacers in the playoffs. It was the Lakers vs CP3 who took L.A to 6. If Manu hadn't sprained his elbow the last game of the Season the Spurs would have won that series. Grizz took OKC to 7 games and lost in triple ot. Lakers were underachieving. Dirty ass players pick on Barea makes Phil's farewell game a joke. In 2010...Kobe choked in game 7 of the finals...ARTEST bailed him out. No help? Check again.
@Segovia06 You stop your excuses. The Hornets would have beaten the Spurs. Just saying. ALSO, what's your point? You act like it was supposed to be a sweep. The Hornets played well. Also, Kobe's arthritic, 33, bad knees, and still one of the best in basketball...He's not making any excuses. By the way...in Game 7...did Kobe not pass Ron the ball? Shut up.
Spurs would have raped the hornets had speed over everybody but were WAY undersized against the Grizzlies. Spurs were old but the had the best offense in the league all year. The Spurs aren't making excuses. But if Ginobili played game 1 healthy it would have been a game 7 going back to San Antonio. And Kobe was 6-24 and hardly passing the ball it was offensive rebounds that KILLED the Celtics with Perkins out had to miss game 7 off a knee an injury had he played it was a possible blowout. imo
This was around the 3 year span where Lebron was at his absolutely best. He was the best player I seen. Now he is too big, and due to that size he has lost speed, athleticism, quickness and thus can`t drive as good as he used to. He was the best driver ever but no more.
I hate when people say how players who appear skinny need to get big, it doesn`t work like that. This ain`t football.
When Jordan left the bulls the bulls made a deep run in the playoffs making it to the eastern conference finals. When lebron left the cavs they had the longest losing streak in NBA history and became an instant lottery team. Just saying...
Dog.... "ITS UP TO THE PLAYERS TO ADJUST TO HOW THE GAMES BEING CALLED.....??"Thats bullshit... fuck the nba nowadays, how do you adjust to being fouled you dumb ass!!!!! smh
talent shouldn't have been wasted on the cavs. wtf are you guys angry? Lebron should be the one fuming. He would've embarassed cleveland if he could say what he thought this game.
Stop with the Jordan didn't leave Chicago. He had Pippen. LeBron only has himself in Cleveland. He made Cleveland a championship-caliber team. All by himself. Cleveland was shit before James came to them. Cleveland became shit after James left them. See how huge the impact he has made on the team.
im not even a big lebron fan but give him SOME calls man i mean damn hes gettin fouled like shit..and i know it was more physical in the 80s n shit but this is a new time..where u cant handcheck so wtf man
This lebron is honestly probably the best player ever. The Cavaliers had no1, and the celtics were constantly doubling him, but he was still able to drive to the hoop.
For some reason Lebron now settles for longer jumpers instead. He probably doesn`t have dat same quickness he did in clevelend.

Thats literally 50 wins from LeBron.
insongh96 1 month ago

Pap3rchas3r09 3 months ago 31
@Pap3rchas3r09 If you think hes the nearest since Jordan u must be on some, you are the first to say that. Ok Kobe has the mentality, instinct, clutchness, ways just like Jordan. I respect Lebron and i believe is was born with unbelievable talent but to say he is the nearest since jordan is just no respect for Kobe, Lebron could be, but right now hes not even close. He needs to work 100 times harder to get at kobe's and mike's level. A true NBA fan should give respect to who deserves it.
xRaNsoIVI14x 1 month ago
@xRaNsoIVI14x i respect Kobe and what he has accomplished, but LeBron is a better all around player. Lebron has shown that he has the "mentality, instinct, and clutchness" in games like this, he has fallen short but he has done some amazing things like score the last THIRTY points for his team against the pistons in 07, or put Boston away by dropping 10 in 2 minutes in game 5 this year. If kobe was on the cavs he would not have won a championship either and that is the truth.
Pap3rchas3r09 1 month ago
@Pap3rchas3r09 Were not talking about 07, where talking about right now. I believe lebron has potential to be clutcjh, i dont think he has the same killer instinct like jordan or kobe. Like when that boston series last year, he just gave up on his team, then he went to miami cuz he wanted a ring. Micheal, kobe, dirk, many more, who led there team never left and ended up with a ring. Recently lebron showed his true self, not being able to get it done when counted the most, which is a concern.
xRaNsoIVI14x 1 month ago
@Pap3rchas3r09 One more thing, i have been watching kobe since 1996, he has accomplished great things, not sure if you were old enough to understand basketball when kobe was still young, in the early 2000s but kobe had done many amazing things in 01.02,3, etc. If you just remember kobe for his 81pts, 65pts in 3 quarters, other 60pt games, then i could understand why u say lebron is better, kobe's prime is a lot better then lebrons, but right now i would still trust the ball in kobes hand.
xRaNsoIVI14x 1 month ago
@Pap3rchas3r09 lol... all talk. LeBron scores using his speed and athleticism. Once he ages and loses his speed he will have to rely on his jumpshots. But I'm sorry to say, he will not get any better in shooting. I've been watching the NBA since I was 7, and I could tell by LeBron's shooting form that he's reached his max potential in terms of shooting, which is a little less than average.
His scoring will drop down dramatically once he turns 30+ and starts relying on jumpers.
FrYLocK41 1 month ago
@FrYLocK41 anything to help you sleep at night huh? lol his shooting form means he cant get better? he's shot more efficiently with the Heat then ive ever seen him shoot before with the cavs, IF is athleticism goes as fast as u say then his jumpers can only get better
ognick22 1 month ago
@ognick22 u butthurt? i get my usual 8 hours of sleep every night tnx very much. sorry to if it the truth gets you butthurt, we saw him in the finals, his jump shooting form won't get him any better in terms of shooting, his FT% speaks for itself he's always been a sub-par 70-75% since he started his career, and sorry he aint getting any better
FrYLocK41 1 month ago
@FrYLocK41 butthurt why? because im a fan of the best player in the world? no he's not my idol but i am a fan, and maybe i dont have "the eye" like you do but why do u possibly think his form isnt gonna get better if theres anything even wrong with it? and Lebron has a different physique then we've ever seen in the NBA so why do u think its just gonna deteriorate soon as he hits 30 like kobe?

@FrYLocK41 and no ive had no sleepless nights because my name isnt Lebron james i dont have to go thru the things he does i just wanna see him succeed
ognick22 1 month ago
@FrYLocK41 this might be the most ignorant comment i've ever read. NOt only do you sound like a complete jackass saying you know lebrons shot won't get better which is asinine, you are WRONG because according to NBA.com lebron is shooting better from 15-18 ft last year than Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, and Carmelo Anthony...FACT. Go look that one up and think hard before you respond.
Pap3rchas3r09 1 month ago
@FrYLocK41 His form is fine, and hardly less than average. LeBron has as much range as any well-respected shooter in the NBA - it's just his mentality that corrodes his game. He can be hot... and as seen in the Finals, he can be cold.
creativelyric 1 month ago
@creativelyric he wasnt cold, he was passive. Why? because he knows his jump shot won't get the job done. I'm sure you watched the finals and I'm sure you saw him missed all his Jumpshot attempts during clutch time, hence why he was passive. He's been in the league for more 7 years now, his jump shot is not getting any better.
FrYLocK41 1 month ago
@FrYLocK41 It was his mentality, so yes, he was passive - and he was cold. During the Bulls, Celtics, and 76ers series he was fine with taking jumpshots... even during Game 1 and 2. It's only when the "Oh crap, if I do badly in the Finals, I'm not gonna win a ring" hit him that he started being passive as you said. It's all mentality. Jordan had a great jumpshot because he had that impossibly competitive will to win and belief in himself. Lebron needs to believe in himself more.

some people want player to be god like and carry a team of horrible players to a championship i always you used to say this back when lebron was in cleveland.....if lebron had the laker team that kobe did that year he would have won a championship....if kobe had the team lebron had they probably wouldnt even have made it out the first round...teamates matter and if you dont think so go watch golf
logicalguy22 4 months ago
@logicalguy22 really? because if kobe played with dwayne wade and chris bosh they would have probably swept the mavs. And could would have done pretty good with that cleveland team (even though it was built around lebron james). i mean he did lead a starting lineup of brian cook luke walkton kwame brown smush parker and lamar odom to a game 7 against the first place suns.
austin78993 4 months ago
@austin78993 lebron took the cavs to the finals with a weak ass team once was against the spurs and he took them to the semi finals against orlando and against boston...kobe never got that far with a weak team and when i say lebron would have won with the 2008 lakers team is cause kobe didnt and he had all his guns so in my opinion that says alot and i disagree about kobe winning a championship with bosh and wade i couldnt imagine that...not in the first year atleast
logicalguy22 4 months ago
@logicalguy22 2008 was a choke for the lakers i agree. But Kobe's team in 2005-07 was one of the worst teams of all time. the starters were guys who have now retired or are sitting at the bottom of the free agent pool. and those guys STARTED. the fact that they made the playoffs in the more difficult western conference is a miracle. And the Miami heat this year were absolutely stacked and lost to the Mavs.
austin78993 4 months ago
@austin78993 you never give up smh lol okay well the heat werent absolutely stacked for one...you take the big three off of the heat they dont even make it to the playoffs, you need a reliable team to win a championship including the bench it was their first year together and to make it that far was incredible especially with all the pressure and no legit center or legit point guard and a bench full of occasional bits of help here and there the mavs had guns of the bench bigtime they swept la
logicalguy22 4 months ago
@logicalguy22 hahah. if you take any teams best three players away they probably wouldn't make the playoffs. if you took kobe gasol and odom off the lakers i dont think ron artest and andrew bynum could lead the team to the playoffs. The heat had some really solid bench players. chalmers put up better numbers than fisher had in his appearances in the finals with the lakers. udonis haslem is another player who could start on most other teams.
austin78993 4 months ago
@austin78993 chalmers showed up really only in the playoffs when hed get great assist for the three point guards are supposed to be play makers chalmers is no legit point guard just another possible boobie gibson, udonis haslem is an energy player of the bench he has a bit of offense but thats not his thing really hes best at hitting those open jumpers too but honestly no one on the heat bench is worthwhile really there all just dirty work players or shooters there starting center is 6,9 smh sad
logicalguy22 4 months ago
@logicalguy22 alright but still you have to admit that the miami heat have more talent than the lakers. the lakers have a really crappy bench too aside from lamar odom. I dont think Odom Gasol Bynum add up to Wade and Bosh for the Heat. the teams are pretty evenly matched. both guys should be able to win with either team. plenty of backup no excuses either way.
austin78993 4 months ago
@austin78993 The Lakers bench is way better than the Miami bench, the Lakers have the highest paid roster in the league and the greatest NBA coach in history, who does Miami have but LBJ and Wade(and sometimes Bosh)? Their bench is HORRIBLE those dudes average like 10 a game, thats garbage.
Jthree47693 3 months ago
@austin78993 How was 2008 a choke? The Celtics manhandled them in the finals.....winning game 6 by 39 points. A choke would be the Celtics blowing a 13 point lead in Game 7 2010.
KHayes666 4 months ago
@KHayes666 yeah the celtics manhandled them because we didnt have bynum and gasol was a pussy. it was a choke in regards to the fact that they should have won some of the other games like that huge comeback win the celtics had that pretty much won them the series i think it was game 4 or something i dont remember.
austin78993 4 months ago
@austin78993 Bynum would have not made a difference. The Celtics won the series with the outside shooting of Eddie House, Ray Allen and James Posey who absolutely abused Randmanovic and Vujacic. Bynum would have been standing in the paint and Ray Allen would still be raining down 3's on the Lakers. The better team won the series, there was no choke.
KHayes666 3 months ago
@KHayes666 Yeah alright. but if they had a presence in the middle, they wouldn't have to play such a compacted defense and they'd be able to get out on shooters. You never know what would have happened.

@austin78993 An overrated Suns team. Who the Spurs creamed in the WCF. The Suns had no Defense.
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 neither did the lakers. And they didnt have any offense either. so it was kobe vs the highest scoring team in the league by himself and he almost beat them.
austin78993 3 months ago
@austin78993 Being up 3-1 was a fluke. Which is why the suns came back and smashed them 3 games in a row. Game 7 Kobe called out his team Larmar went on to score for over 30 points and Kobe gave up on them and whined all game and boom out the first round. Without help all Kobe was good but in the clutch would jack up bad shots non stop. LeBron with Cleveland carried his shitty team even to the finals. LeBron carried his team to be known as elite. Kobe without help just padded his stats
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 Giving up on your team, choking in the clutch, whining, getting smashed three games in a row. Funny how those are all things LeBron does too and even exceeds Kobe at in some cases, yet you used them in this debate. I could even point out specific events of when LeBron has failed in these regards and i could do it off the top of my head. Your comment right there = huge fail
austin78993 3 months ago
If you are referring to Bron leaving Cleveland cause his contract his up is not a valid point. Not saying you said that. But if you mean that then that's wrong. And losing 3 games in a row is just gonna happen sooner or later. My Spurs swept Bron. My spurs swept kobe. But Kobe called his teammates out and even got outscored by odom and cried all game and gave up in the 2nd half. He has choked obviously. But I've never seen him force as many dumb shots as Kobe had.
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 ive never seen a bigger choke than the miami heat losing to the dallas mavericks. you cant even argue that as anything other than a choke. all the negative aspects of kobe you keep coming up with lebron does even worse.
austin78993 3 months ago
@austin78993 Uh yeah Lakers being up 3-1 and then choking it away to the Suns who got smashed by the Spurs. But LeBron has never brought negativity to his team and called out all his teammates and then give up on them at the same time which kobe has done. Look. Kobe is GREAT! He's more clutch. Not always all 4th qaurter clutch but last second he hits it everytime. LeBron is too up and down. But LeBron is a better team player. Btw Kobe CHOKED in game 7 of the finals but his team bailed him out.
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 Kobe never quit on his team because he is still there. kobe may choke, but he never scored 8 points in an NBA finals game during his prime. Lebron isn't a better team player. he doesn't trust his teammates to make plays with out him. just because you average a lot of assists doesn't always make you a team player. it seems like he never makes a pass that he doesnt think will be an assist. he never just gives the ball to a teammate to make a play. at least not in cleveland.
austin78993 3 months ago
@austin78993 I'm talking about in the game when Kobe gave up. And aside from that. Kobe DEMANDED a trade and said there's nothing they can do to keep me here. But because of that the NBA came to his aid brought the Celtics back to life and then what do u know...they give up kwame for Pau and Kobe stayed and now the rivalry became alive again all for ratings. A little fishy that the NBA did those trades for Kobe when he wanted out of there but they wouldn't let him. He's like a spoiled kid.
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 first of all kobe pulled back on his demand of a trade. and who cares if he demanded a trade? tons of players have. The NBA doesn't make the trades the teams do. The grizzlies accepted the trade and they got a group of decent young players nd even got marc gasol. plus pau didnt want to be there. If Kobe Bryant is spoiled for wanting better teammates then so is every guy in the NBA. who wouldn't want their team made into a contender?
austin78993 3 months ago
You don't understand what I'm saying. Once they saw that Kobe wanted to be traded the NBA and stern wanted no part of that so they babied him bought Kobe a new pair of panties and gauranteed him a better team and what do u know his old time buddy Fisher's back Smush is gone Odom of course stayed hey swapped kwame for Pau. Stern brought back the Lakers/Celtics rivalry because he was tired of low market temas making the finals (my Spurs)P.S I know how the trades work but Stern can be corrupt.
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 Your Spurs? Yeah they really did great this year. came in first and then choked to the 8th seed. the lakers are the team of the 2000s. you just root for loser teams and players. its ok shitty players like LeBron needs fans. Spurs are good but the best Laker team of the 2000s could kick the best Spurs team of the 2000s ass any day of the week.
austin78993 3 months ago
Forget abt them 2 I don't root for either. Lakers aren't team in the 2000s. they're 2nd to the Spurs. Best winning percantage the whole decade And most playoff appearances. Last year The Spurs weren't even healthy and were just undersized and are just getting old. If Manu had played in game 1 where they lost by only 3 than Spurs win series and then smash okc. And would have beaten the Mavs like always. And the Lakers were lucky to be able to play the Hornets in the 1st round before being swept
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 Im done. I personally think the lakers would destroy the spurs but whatever
austin78993 3 months ago
I personally don't care seeing as this whole lock out bullshit is in affect. I was hoping it would roll over just like it did in the NFL which I was so happy there's a full season this year. But the NBA is looking grim and will be lucky to have a season at all. Greedy bitches.
Segovia06 3 months ago
@Segovia06 seriously. looks like today is going to be huge. it might end.
austin78993 3 months ago
@Segovia06 You...are one retarded motherfucker. Yeah, the Lakers got swept. Three straight Finals trips, Kobe had no help. Either way, that HAPPENS. But you know who DIDN'T get to the second round? Those sorry-ass Spurs that got an ass-whipping from the Grizzlies. You have no right to talk. That statement alone makes any argument you may have invalid LOL ridulously ancient team...
GuyNamedCarl 2 months ago
You were lucky to play the sorry hornets who were the worse team aside from the Pacers in the playoffs. It was the Lakers vs CP3 who took L.A to 6. If Manu hadn't sprained his elbow the last game of the Season the Spurs would have won that series. Grizz took OKC to 7 games and lost in triple ot. Lakers were underachieving. Dirty ass players pick on Barea makes Phil's farewell game a joke. In 2010...Kobe choked in game 7 of the finals...ARTEST bailed him out. No help? Check again.
Segovia06 2 months ago
@Segovia06 You stop your excuses. The Hornets would have beaten the Spurs. Just saying. ALSO, what's your point? You act like it was supposed to be a sweep. The Hornets played well. Also, Kobe's arthritic, 33, bad knees, and still one of the best in basketball...He's not making any excuses. By the way...in Game 7...did Kobe not pass Ron the ball? Shut up.
GuyNamedCarl 2 months ago

This ain`t football.

talent shouldn't have been wasted on the cavs. wtf are you guys angry? Lebron should be the one fuming. He would've embarassed cleveland if he could say what he thought this game.

Stop with the Jordan didn't leave Chicago. He had Pippen. LeBron only has himself in Cleveland. He made Cleveland a championship-caliber team. All by himself. Cleveland was shit before James came to them. Cleveland became shit after James left them. See how huge the impact he has made on the team.

@agapogiako jordan didnt win into his 7th season even doe he had pippen he sticked with chicago and didnt bolt so its a different he waited

To win a championship, Cleveland needed someone who could score 25 or 30 points each time LeBron scores 40
