So, this map was considered difficult way back in 2007... I can actually see that. osu! had just started, and players like ShaggoN and H1ko weren't around. Even the pros that started when the game came out probably found this hard, and with good reason. Of course, there are much harder maps now, but that's only because the players need harder challenges. To the players in 2007, this was hard enough.

Actually, "Elite Beat Agents" was the Western release of "Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan!" Since the PC game is called "osu!", it's probably more accurate to say that it was meant to be like Ouendan. <_<

@djtsub And by Osu in this case you mean Osu Tatake Ouendan. Elite Beat Agents was the American version of that, and osu!, the PC game, was based off of both, and named after the first Japanese game. Just saying Osu isn't really enough sometimes.

People got pissed because both games didn't have enough songs or songs were too easy on the hardest difficulty.

I do have to inform you that this is an ancient version of osu! The current version is a lot more cleaned up. If you're commenting on the actual game mechanic, I would advise you to head to iNis (the group who made the three Ouendan games) and complain to them, as the games they made were the base for this game here - heck, go talk to Sonic Team, too, if you have the time - their new DS game uses similar mechanics in battle.

Now if you don't mind, the rest of us will enjoy seeing a hard map.

This is either Easy mode or HolyCOW really wanted to screw us over later on. That bit after the spinner to red now takes around three-quarters of the hp bar in normal mode... If he's still around, he needs to make a break there.

And I think the first spinner is capped around 120000 points in Relax mode now. But then again, it might be because of the mode itself...
