Yea flash and mushi are just sliding on the ground
I would call this flash even though its not,cause its almost as fast

Wrong. Flash and Mushi = the same thing... in the air means Shadow step.

note: flash = rocket + down, mushi = down rocket
without buff its flash, with buff its mushi, flash gets in air, mushi always on the ground

actually, in NAGC, flash step can be both the rocket and down (where your character makes an arch) and the gliding step. Each of these get a different name in BGC, but in NAGC it's just flash step.
