Execute a man tied to a chair because he was too weak from blood loss to stand up before a firing squad. Then send over a band of ex WW1 soldiers and convicted criminals (Black and Tans) to terrorise and burn people out of their homes when Collins was getting the upper hand in the War of Independence.
