@Honorharringtonfan Actually there are a lot of asian war films but mostly they're based on Chinese against the Japanese..."Assembly" is one of the few movies that's based on chinese civil war...there are more films based on the chinese civil war but they're all in chinese episodes

So unrealistic. These guys are way to well trained, acting like modern-era special forces, advancing in formation and communicating with hand signs other than "forward" (wave forward) and "retreat" (wave back).

Almost every Asian war film now wants to be like Saving Private Ryan, forgetting it was a film about US Army Rangers. Only Nanking Nanking had it done well.
