I love how they associate using a machine to do a job to being any machine taken off of the store shelf instead of one designed to do the job.
A touchscreen drop-off/pick-up service (like the ones at Walmart photo centers) at the dry-cleaners could replace a real person, where then the only thing a person would have to do is load up the clothes and take them to the actual dry-cleaning site, and then deliver them when done.
