I had some old bird flake on me last night I drove to some place I had never been b4 45 mins from my house and she lived like 20 mins away I was selling her a stainless steel microwave for $50 she was supposed to meet me at 2pm I was there at 1:50pm I stayed till 2:30 and called not only 1hr b4 I left my house and got no reply I sent an email that morning I got a reply to the email saying she would be there I left at 2:30 she calls at 3pm an says where the hell are you! I said bitch!!! click....
and then theres those people who think "oh, i dont have to show up when i said i would, i'll go in a few days". Then if someone else comes along you're supposed to tell them you have someone whos coming another time? I'd rather sell it to the most serious person. Dreamers: Had one of these last week, lady wanted to know if i'd drive over 6 towns out to sell her an old VCR i had for $5 I said no, im not driving across the state getting stuck in traffic when you already scored enough flake points
the way I have it is the first to email gets it first if they agree to pick it up that day if its b4 about 5pm later then 5pm I tell them they have first dibs till 2moro at 5pm if not it goes to the first person to set a time for that day or the next day and I inform all the other people that email me but if some one is willing to pick up sooner then its there is if they can get here sooner all my post say first one here gets it I don't hold any thing unless its for 5$+ extra for ea day held
and for me to hold it I make them give me there full name cell phone and home phone address town w\e all of the above and I look it up on google maps and make them describe there house to me :P you can tell iv had to weed out the fake people who email just to waste your time :P
But even if its free it just doesnt tie down. The flakes problem is getting worse as the economy is in a shithole right now its gonna be like this for a bit. I sorta have a "first come first serve" policy on CL now. I dont hold items for anyone, i dont take deposits, i only give the people 1 chance at getting something (98% of the time they wont show up anyway), and lowballers get ignored. But really its not very safe giving your address out to some stranger you never seen before.

thats one of the biggest problems with craigslist is user credabliity because there is a lot of people are just trying to make a quick buck it would be nice to see a raiting system going on craigslist
during the summer i had a whole closet load of shit i was getting rid of and now that i think about it idk how many sunday afternoons I wasted waiting for people on craigslist to show up and buy something. There are also alot of dummies who post 15 year old ancient computers for $200 but they get flagged easily. I've complained about the flakes on there before, and the rest of the forum users just said tthe site is "free" why does it matter if people flake out.
I am working on quitting actually It makes me tired all the time an I am already not in the best shape so I started going to the gym I am just still trying to kick the habit I never smoked much in the first place but its still hard a pack could last me a week easy I'm not a pack a day person
thats good. And dude i used to be in that kind of shape too but then heres the secret. Stop drinking shit thats bad for you. If you can stick with water and drink NO soda whatsoever you will start losing the weight so fast. also dont eat crap. try filing up on salads, and meat without all the fat (like dont eat fast food). good luck. also to quit smoking, it helps by surrounding yourself with people that dont smoke, and just not falling into the habit of going.. oh whats one more gonna do? pce
