Yeah...get over it. I'm english so i'm not really acustomed to the way americans label their streets. But considering its called fourth street i'm guess that it was one of the first streets made in los'angeles, its pretty damn hard to remake a street without having to mess with traffic control during and after construction.
You do have a point but I don't know one person in a wheel chair that could make it up that hill between hill and olive on fourth street.. or would be crazy enough to go down that steep hill.

Yeah - that's bad. How would you get a push-chair er...buggy, past that without having to step into the road.
