i always lay on my back and hold a dumbell in my hand straight in front of me and i let it go above my head keeping my arm straight it does the lats im pretty sure it does this muslce as well
this exercise helps strengthen the sarratus anterior which helps pull in the shoulder blades towards the rib cage. Helps correct rounding shoulders and flaring shoulder blades.
@snoopdoggystyle1 Actually, serratus anterior is alongside your pecs, siting on the upper ribs and attaching to the scalpula. Pectoralis minor is right below the Pec. major. But you are right, this exericise does work the serratus anterior and the Pec. minor
