Most Christians recognize that logic is the very nature of God. Atheists, on the other hand cannot account for logic. They have to borrow from Christian presuppositions to even make an argument, even though that argument is logically invalid. Logic is at the forefront of Christian doctrine.

There's no way you can logically disassemble people's belief in God based on pure logic. If there is a God, he exists in another plane of existence where the beliefs and laws that bound our existence are non-applicable. A lot of confusion is caused, not let say by the reality of God's existence or non existence, but by misapplication of the very logic, which people are so proud of referring to. For e.g, this video treats logic as an entity which stands independent of human psychology and use it to prove that God is a fiction of human mind. You can deduce principles regarding God because God is Logic, literally. God could have lied in the Bible but didn't. God could create a stone so big that even He couldn't lift it by changing the laws of logic, but He does not do this. Also, all words are ultimately defined in terms of infinite regress so any of these atheistic paradoxes are resolved if one understands that words/signs have different meanings in different senses.

Most Christians recognize that logic is the very nature of God. Atheists, on the other hand cannot account for logic. It was illegal for parents to teach Bible to kids.Within months of the fall of the USSR in 1992 the Bible was re-introduced back into Russian schools. You have the feeling that you are doing something, but actually you just dream. God concept is the same, you have the feelling that there is a god looking after you, but in reality you just dream or hope.

@MattleSystem Actually God is a reality to me because he said to "seek me out and you shall find me" and i did. Obviously you have never taken him at his word and seeked him out. Humans can be so ignorant in making a statement like " God doesn't exist" when they never bother to take him at his word to find out if it's true or not. Word of god...I though that was just a story with giant, genocide, rape, murderer, witch, messengers, angels, ghost mixed with some historical elements. I remember now, I have read already this kind of stuff in Greek legends, Inca, Egyptian, mesopotamian.
We should take all of these stories and create the "SUPRABIBLE", with all believes around the world. take some comics as well, kids like lasers and flying superheroes ;-)

A lot of confusion is caused, not let say by the reality of God's existence or non existence, but by misapplication of the very logic, which people are so proud of referring to. For e.g, this video treats logic as an entity which stands independent of human psychology and use it to prove that God is a fiction of human mind. The fact is that, logic is no more than a linguistic tool designed by mind for developing a well structured cognitive mind. In the other words mind correcting itself!!!

For me there are three questions of faith.
Is God real?
Is God good?
Does being nice to people actually work?
These are the biggies for me and I have to admit that there was a time when I sincerely believed that I knew the answers to all three. But, after two tours in Iraq, I'm not so sure anymore. I've decided to try to have faith in all three. But, if God is real, and He is good, than I bet He loves our skepticism

Remember this as well. The proof that we require concerning God is impossible to obtain. If you think about it, the only way to prove that God is God is to be become God. You could not prove God was everywhere unless you had the ability to be in all places yourself. You could not prove that He contained all knowledge unless you yourself contained all knowledge. You could not prove that God was eternal unless you yourself were eternal.

1. It may be that only things physical require a first cause. Remember, we are not even sure that things physical require a first cause.
2. Presentism provides an answer to the free will - omnipotent/omnipotence conundrum.
3. Quantum mechanics seems to prove that an atom can be in two places at once. Some theorize that what we are actually observing is two atoms that are the same atom. Maybe it's logically possible for one God to be three Gods.
4.apokatastasis, could solve the evil question.

You can deduce principles regarding God because God is Logic, literally. God could have lied in the Bible but didn't. God could create a stone so big that even He couldn't lift it by changing the laws of logic, but He does not do this. Also, all words are ultimately defined in terms of infinite regress so any of these atheistic paradoxes are resolved if one understands that words/signs have different meanings in different senses.

Good question. First of all, you should not "change" the meaning of terms in the Bible. Rather, you should understand that the meanings of terms change over time and in different circumstances. The logic lies in the pragmatic theories espoused by Jesus, Jonathan Edwards, and Charles Peirce among others. Terms should be defined by the effects they produce.
For Moses, his terms produced a disciplined society that produced and contemplated at the same time.

@timelesstruths Logic doesn't work that way. Logic is universal, that's why you can actually take logic courses. If your logic doesn't match up with someone elses, then one of you has flawed logic or one of you is missing an important piece of information.

I am not trying to rile you, but it is clearly obvious to me that you do not know what logic is because you have never studied anything about it. All of the world's computers rely on Boolean Logic (a branch of mathematics developed over 100 years before the computer) to operate reliably. Something is either logical, or it is not. Again, there is no such thing as "personal logic". Sorry to be so unmutual.
