Tulsa was an excellent example on the possibilities (esp. during those times) for Afrikans in America. This example could not be followed by others, therefore; the fear of "white" America was their justification for this "Holocaust".
The lady at the begining of this segment talked about not receiving a dime until this day, but they should be paid because the people lost everything they had. The children should be compensated because they lost everything.
