Oh wait a minute... are you talking about the shinra building on this disc? I had to get Cait Sith's HP shout. It's in that locker you discover on Disc 1 that has the megaphone in it. Maybe that's what's confusing you.

It's not a mod. I'm just using an emulator to play. It might look slightly different because emulators don't mimic the original at 100% perfection but they come close.

comet2 does more damage than what the chaos limit can do in a single turn. That's why I didn't use it.
