  • at my gym people stand and talk by the squat rack, I've tried doing giant sets but to no avail, equipment gets taken by people who talk on the phone or text... wish I had money to buy my own home gym.

  • This is a murderous routine. She's using very high percentages of bodyweight. Obviously she has developed a superb base and is super fit. No other way she could handle this load. But I can't imagine such a routine as a regular weekly thing. I think it would become oppressive real fast and she would come to dread her workouts regardless of how fit she is. This sort of overload could only work as a test a few times a year.

  • I did this workout today, it was no joke

  • try this one Clean and Press, Front Squat, Barbell Row, Bench Press, Deadlift. I go by a time of 60 seconds each exercise for a total of 5 minutes. x 4 sets 60 seconds recovery. This circuit is ideal for MMA on a heavy day u could try 5 rep sets which really fucking suck. You will vomit

  • I did this workout for the 2nd time today, the first set is pretty simple because when I go to the gym I mostly concentrate on strength training and simple cardio. But the 2nd set you start to feel it, and the 3rd set is extremely difficult. Goal is 5 sets. For me though I am at 140lbs for bench and squats and 70 for the clean and press. Very Good Workout..

  • @itsmallory10: it was already discussed why she trained like she does. She does what she needs to do for her sport. As a powerlifter yes I would red light her but that isnt her sport. And I would red light many a cross fit athlete as well. BUT again, train for your goals and your sport.

  • @masterprince117 I work out to feel good and to look good, not to feel sick and dizzy. Ill keep my cardio and my resistance training separate thanks. Cross fit seems like suffering for the sake of it, as better results can be achieved with a separate cycle. Plus when I tried it I found that my form was impaired and quite sloppy despite my best efforts, putting me at risk of injury. Give it 5 years and a lot of these guys will be retired by injury Im sure.

    Workouts like this done every day will send you into overtraining in no time but this workout can be great for pushing through barriers. Mix up your work out for better results.

  • @masterprince117 Vomiting is generally rare, it has more to do with the person rather than how hard you train. The only people I've personally seen vomit are weaklings who try to go heavy and fast too soon but even among those it still is rare.
